Engine Minarelli stock 50cc, under the cover of the variator all stock. The front variator is refined because the tracks of the rollers were limited, and the rollers rested against the walls of the variator. Rollers 3.8 grams Belt 751 * 16.5 Sleeve bushing, but there is a washer 1.5mm because this belt does not fall on the bushing.
And the most important thing is why it was not possible to achieve the maximum speed of vise 90 kilometers per hour, and the output of the drive belt to the maximum radius, because I do not have a suitable belt, I believe that in my case I need a belt 752 * 16.5 it will be perfect.
Because the belt is 753 long, and the 751 belt is short, and a little bit is not enough for the belt to go to the very edge of the variator.
The width of the belt in my case is 16.5 because 16mm slips, slips.
My case it means that I changed the front variator, in the factory version, you may need other belts, rollers, and more.
I was forced to change the structure of the front variator as shown in the video, because it is limited from the factory, and made so that the belt does not go out at full radius.
I will buy a belt of 752 * 16.5 so in my opinion, it should ideally fit, and work as expected, and maybe I will also put a tighter spring driver, my own spring seemed soft.
I do not know, maybe the previous owner of the scooter replaced something under the variator cover, and there were not installed at all native components, therefore, it turned out to be so difficult to adjust the transmission.

hay otra forma de ganar mas velocidad final sin modificar tanto.... cuando desarmas el variador, y sacas la arandela separador, hay un cilindo de fierro que parece un tubo de 13, si a ese cilindo lo comes con la piedra 1 milimeto ganas unos 8km mas en velididad final... si se lo comes 2 milimetros ganas 16km, solo tenes que tener cuidado de no comer mucho el cilindro por que cada milimetro que le vayas comiendo vas a ir perdiendo velocidad en salida, osea si llevas a alguien le va a costar levantar velocidad, por que va a tener menos salida pero mucha mas velocidad final. igual el trabajo que realizo este muchacho esta muy bien, pasa que al comer el aluminio donde pasa la correa le quitas vida útil a la la pieza, por que la pieza con el pasar del tiempo se va desgastando el aluminio donde pasa la correa y se va poniendo tan fina que se termina agujereando la pieza de aluminio, y sale muy cara esa pieza. Resumiendo, yo prefiero comer el cilindo de a 1 milímetro e ir probando hasta encontrar el punto exacto que quiere cada piloto de moto. Ejemplo: si vas a usar la moto en ruta conviene mas velocidad final, si la vas a usar para moverte en un barrio y las distancias son cortas conviene mas velocidad en baja. es segun lo que quiera cada piloto.
yo tengo scooter desde 2013 ( motomel vx150) tu comentario esta mas acertado que el video. lo que tenia que hacer el tipo de una es cambiar el variador y poner uno nuevo de plato alto. ese variador centrifugo de etapa lo tiene gastado ya! le ponia nuevo y listo. pero bue! si queria ganar velocidad sin correr el riesgo de quedar tirado deberia ponerle la correa original que no son ninguna de esas. ya que la que viene original para motor centrifugo es dentada recubierta de una especie de tejido plastico.esa en calor si se agarra pero no se desarma tanto como esas que tiene. lo siguiente es ajustar todo con maquina de impacto sea de aire o electrica no asi nomas.el tema de los rodamientos se le va a hacer pelota todo cuando tenga un trayecto de un par de quilometros en transito normal de ciudad. cuando tenga que hacer fuerza de tanta vueltas los rodillos te hacen pelota todooo! ya me paso no sirve eso.puede bajarle el eje pero va a recalentar todo el embrague y por lo tanto consumir mas aceite.ya me paso! asi que lo mejor es poner todos los fierros nuevos y correa y listo.

Have you ever thought about cleaning the parts before putting them together, not only does it look nice it also helps to make things work properly, like the serfaces on the front expander plates that you make
with a marker pen, if they are smooth and clean, the belt can rise up the a lot quicker.
In fact, the whole engine looks like it would feel better if cleaned, after all its going to carry you.

Acceleration is good but you may want more top speed , I used heavier roller weights instead with a kevlar belt ,a high performance clutch bell ,a high flow air intake and muffler , plus an engine oil cooler, my scooter topped at 69 mph W.O.T
Too light rollers is bad. Engine over rev out of powerband.

cuando pones un resorte de menor fuerza la correa empezara a patinar (en lugar de desplazarse hacia abajo y/o dentro) obtendras menor velicidad punta

Приветствую автора и всех заинтересованных !!!! Ямаха Джог ZR EVO 2 4T 2018 г.в. ограничена в тюнинге мозгами т.к. отсекает обороты именно мозг мопеда !! Проделав с передним вариатором то же самое что и автор видео я добился сдвига максимальной скорости мопеда с 60 - до 71 км/ч и установил три ролика родных весом 5.5 гр. + Три ролика 6.5 гр. так же поменял пружины сцепления с родных на жёлтые 1500 prm и пружину Торк драйвера с родной на красную 2000prm и результаты максималка 71 динамика стала почти как у 2т .... Спасибо большое автору за проделанную работу )))) ремень вариатора оставил родной.

Yo pienso q el resorte debe tener menos resistencia pues la teoría para q avance la moto es por fuerza centrífuga eso hace q se cierren los
platos frontales y así transmitir la fuerza a los traseros pero a más resistencia del resorte necesitas mucho más revoluciones para alcanzar un torque mayor pues los motores de combustión interna así trabajan

Super et oui il faut modifier les joues, pour gagner en vitesse 😉 ils vendent des kits tout fait pour être sûr de ne rien voiler et rien casser, moi j'avais fait ça sur 103 RCX, puis acheté le kit de joues fixe et mobile, ça marchait mieux qu'avec les autres Vario et pourtant ce n'était pas avec Galets, mais par masselottes.
J'avais revendu mon Variotop Malossi du coup sans regret.
Bien faite ta vidéo pas de blabla, de toute façon si on connaît, on arrive largement à te comprendre.

Change your corner pulley front from standard, make the corner pulley to large,, example from 14° change to 13,8° or 13,5°,, use Roller weight for top speed & light for acceleration,,use CVT Spring up +10% or +20% from standard

If you surface grind a few thousands off the inside of the variator . it allows them to come closer together. That pushes your belt up higher

This is the only way to have a great variator IMO. Even if I buy something that is pricey, most of them need these same mods. Literally the only reason I would even get another Variator is for the exact reason, for the problem you're having. BIGGER DRIVE FACE! And I think a BBK would be the only reason you'd ever run into that problem. Other than that, great video of how to make a real "Performance Variator". Hell, I even took my 7ish gram sliders and lightened them by drilling/Dremeling them out, to about 5 grams a piece. I've dropped about $100 into everything I have, and that $ includes the scooter itself, and another parts scooter, with a good longblock and CVT!

he's handy with tools but its better to buy a finish tuning part which u only need to install and gives u good performance.if u have high tuned engine u ll need it.

When you measure the weight of the rollers you should put all of them on the scale and then divide it by six. That way it's more accurate. :)

oh yea, you need goto asia, specially in indonesia or thailand. we have bunch type of matic scooter here. you can learn how to tune your continously transmission (we say CVT) from the expert. Warn greetings from indonesia✌🏽

Had to clutch pads on my buddy 50 2 stroke scooter glaze over..3700 miles on it .. scooter was lagging when it took off.. so I called the mechanic he told me take some sandpaper or Emery cloth and rough up the clutch pads a little bit take the glaze off the clutch pads then wipe it with rubbing alcohol.... Clean the inside of the bell housing for the clutch with rubbing alcohol... Buddy 50 now takes off like a rocket. Just like when it was new!

двухколодочное сцепление не рекомендую ставить-так как две колодки будут разжимать колокол по сторонам во время работы,лучше ставить трёхколодочное.Столкнулся с проблемой езды рывками-причина была в деформированном колоколе-чуть сжатым от того что двумя колодками его просто растянуло.,диаметр был на 3 мм в одном меньше-в другом больше местах.А когда стоит сцепление с тремя колодками-то получается колокол равномерно в трёх точках колодками давит.

para que logres que la polea delantera haga mas altura (donde marcas con plumón azul) instala rodillos con 1 mm mas gruesos, 2 mm y asi sucesivamente hasta lograr el recorrido que buscas........... de hecho los puedes hacer en puro bronce (lo malo es que te durara poco tiempo el aluminio del porta rodillos,, por eso llevan plástico,,, los puedes fabricar en nylamid y duraran mas, ya que no habrá tanta fricción metal con metal que es caso del bronce...... (NO SE TE OLVIDE DAR UNA PEQUEÑA ENGRASADA)....... ESAS PRUEBAS SIEMPRE SERÁN ERROR/ACIERTO....... TE DESEO LOGRES TU OBJETIVO
