I love how the past 3 Moffat written episodes (Twice upon a time, Boom and joy to the world) are expanding the role of Villengard from a casual mention in a 9th doctor episode into a legitimate and evil force in the galaxy, giving Moffat a opportunity to lay out some blatant anti capitalist writing... and honestly i respect it
I love this as a reference the doctor turned the weapons factory of villiangaurd into a banana grove during the time war to stop the daleks from getting their hands on it .

Uncle Terrance said something like "the company that provided the dinosaurs went out of business shortly afterwards, and frankly I'm not surprised". But no-one should use that story as a the standard of early 70's speical effects. Consider how much better the drashigs and maggots were in the previous season. Invasion of the Dinosaurs also distinguishes itself as one of the few Doctror Who serials that really featured a wobbling set.
With another weapon from Villengard factoring into the plot of what is presumably the preceding episode to Varada Seethu’s debut as a companion, I wonder if her character in Boom, the last episode to namedrop that particular planet, will turn out to be connected to The Doctor’s new companion after all.
This is the first Doctor i have met of Doctor Who series and safe to say now i am hooked and going through the entire series now. Thank you new Doctor And thank you Doctor Who series for supporting children in need ❤

I don't know if it's Classic Who related though. 🤔 Aside from Boom though, I don't remember Villenguard being really old enemies of The Doctor aside from being an Arms Manufacturer and the Doctor destroyed their groves.
