- I make Keto friendly Peanut-butter bread from three ingredients | Low-carb & delicious bread quick!
In this video I show you how to make a quick and easy bread alternative using just peanut butter, eggs, almond flour and baking powder. Minutes to mix, 30 minutes in the oven, could not be simpler. It's definitely a bread for peanut butter lovers, as it retains a distinctive nutty taste. It's moist and delicious and can be used with both sweet and savoury toppings. Enjoy!
Thanks to 'My Low-carb Journey' channel on UA-cam for showing how to make this easy bread. I have altered the recipe slightly in my version.

6 x room temperature free-range/organic eggs
1 x 1/2 cup almond flour

*Thanks for sharing this fantastic recipe that allows me to enjoy my favorite spread guilt-free!*
Glad you like it. It's very tasty, which reminds me... I must make some more! Thanks for watching.
Looks delious maybe try coconut flour will try both thank you
That's really unbelievable no flour but the looks and texture is just like with the usual flour recipe. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!
I'm glad you like it!
It would be so much better if you could provide the quantities in grams. I don't even know what a desert spoon is.
OK I'm convinced to try this - just need to get more almond flour.
Don't forget the flour is completely optional and you can use coconut flour instead, just a quarter of the amount. Thanks for watching. Carlos.
Looks delicious! I wonder how it would toast. And I wonder if you can also make it with almond butter. Going to try this!! Thank you!
Thanks for watching. Yes, it does toast, but quicker than normal bread and with a stronger aroma. Careful though as it can burn easily. Carlos.
Lookup cook with Mel. Hers doesn’t use almond flour which has oxalates. It’s only peanut butter, egg whites or whole eggs. Your choice, baking powder, sweetener and salt. It is amazing.
When I make this, I beat the eggs first until light and fluffy then add peanut butter etc, nice rise, also sprinkle seeds on top, I cook it in a foil tent for 30 mins rotating half way, then remove foil and cook a further 5 mins to brown the top x
Thanks for the tip Mandy! I will try it and hopefully it will improve my loaf.
How many grams of almond flour pleaae?,
How much baking powder do you advice if using conventional measuring spoons? It’s difficult trying to guess how much a dessert spoon contains…
Yes, didn't give the best of messurements there did I? 2 level teaspoons should be ok. Thanks for watching.
@@carloscooks1114 Thanks for your response. I’ll be making this soon
Do you think we can use coconut 🥥 flour instead? Thanks 😊
Yes, I think a little coconut flour would work instead of the almond. The amount would be different though, about a quarter of what you would use for almond flour. Don't forget the flour is totally optional. Thanks for watching. Carlos.
Can you use a toothpick to test for doneness or does a fork work better?
Yes, should be ok and go deep enough. Or a wooden skewer. Thanks for watching!
@@carloscooks1114 thank you! One other question can you add allulose or any other keto approved sweetener or does it need it. I still have a sweet tooth but staying away from sugar.
That I sadly cannot answer. I am diabetic and did not sweeten this recipe at all. To be honest I did not want the bread sweet as I wished to use it for savoury sandwiches. I suppose it comes down to what sugar and how much is in the peanut butter you use.
@@carloscooks1114 thank you. I’m diabetic as well so would have used allulose or something. I was thinking of this as a dessert type bread due to the peanut butter. It looks delicious.
