40 Min Full Body Strength + HYBRID Workout (Upper Pull, Upper Push, Legs, Explosive Combo🔥+ ABS)

- In this 40 Min Full Body Strength + HYBRID Workout we will have 8x bundles of 5x Exercises:
1st Exercise = Upper Body Pull
2nd Exercise = Upper Body Push
3rd Exercise = Lower Body / Legs
4th Exercise = Combo Dynamic Exercises
5th Exercise = Core / ABS
In the first 4x bundles we will have “Dumbbell Devil Press” as the explosive exercise and in the second 4x bundle the “Dumbbell Thruster”. All The other exercises will be performed only one time!
We will be performing each exercise for 40 seconds and we will have a 15 seconds rest between the exercises and a 20 seconds rest between each bundle.
After the first 4x bundles there will be a 50 seconds water-break.
The weights of my dumbbells for this workout are:
2x 5KG
2x 10KG
2x 18KG
In case you want to increase the intensity of the workout you can use heavier weights and if you like to increase the volume, you can do this routine for 2x rounds in a row (Based on your fitness level).

❤ Dumbell Thrusters and Devil Presses are two of my favorite moves! This was a blast! Love that the strength was mixed in!

Wow this was brutal but I loved it because Devil Presses are my favorite full body exercise!
Now that I am watching the video while commenting, I might need to lower my weight to 8kg for Devil Presses. I held 10kg but I'm pressing up slower than you.
Push-ups were on my knees as I alternated lifting my legs.
The second and third Thrusters I lowered to 8kg after I was failing by the end the first time with 10kg. But I made sure to kill my shoulders with 10kg for the last set.
First time doing Dynamic Side Planks with weight (8kg)and after 9 reps I had to put one knee down. That's tough!!
The Kneeling Chops holding 10kg was killer especially after doing them in your Ab Dominant video the day before with 5kg lol.
