Here’s the update: i can see visible changes. My measurement is 38inches. Along with this workout i was also going to gym and skipped this on leg day and also completing goal of 10k steps with calorie deficit diet. Another update on 26nov.
its been 4 days and i can actually see the difference in the size but also i've gained some abs and my legs got slighty slimmer (i was exercising for a long time to get these effects but only thanks to this set of exercises ive gained them) so i really recommend this video !!!

Hoping to be consistent everyday, Will share my thoughts everyday for 10 days.
Day 1: ✅ - Nice ease in, some exercises were difficult but we got through
Day 2: ✅ - I didn't do the exercises the very next day, i did them the day after, So a day gap in between, that's okay. I reckon, the most important thing is to keep going, i may miss a day but never two days in a row, and on days i miss, i run. About the exercises, they felt easier for sure on the second day, Although my thighs burn, I love the feeling. Infact, I relish it!

Hi, I have a huge ass as a boy and it started when I was in 6th Standard. Since then I stopped wearing jeans and only wore loose shorts so I look lean. Still, in school I was getting laughed at a lot so I decided that I want to reduce my butt size so I started to do cycling 1 hour everyday. But now I am in 9th and I have boards next year so I cannot take a hour during night as I have tuitions during day.
