    Today I am starting this exercise routine to reduce my lower body or fat butt. I will try to update or edit it everyday. Today is Day 1, and the date is 11th October 2024. I also created a meal plan (diet):
    • Breakfast: I eat one slice of wheat made of bread and one fried egg without oil, sugar, or salt.
    • Lunch: Fruits (pineapple, watermelon, mango, and banana).
    • Dinner: Maize or corn (roasted maize).
    Day 1 ✅
    Day 2 ✅
    Day 3 ✅
    Day 4 ✅
    Day 5 ✅
    Day 6 ✅
    When I was starting this exercise the CM of my butt I was 110 cm, when I measured now it was 108 cm, it’s not big change but losing the fat of butt it’s hard so never give up 💪

    Hey, I have been overweight since the age of 10 thanks to my bad eating habit. and I didn't care for how fat I was until the age of 14 i started to fast from sunrise till sunset because of my religion practice and also to lose weight. and now I've pretty much got everything shrinked except my butt which makes me look fat whenever I take side pictures or wear long shirts, so I hope this exercise changes my shape in 10 days. I'll keep doing it everyday until I look perfectly in shape.
    I'll keep you updated for the results:
    Day 1: it was very hard and I was gonna quit it forever but I remember that difficulty is something everyone has at the beginning
    Day 2: I woke up with a sore leg, mainly back thighs and my butt. but I feel like It shrinked a bit since last time, was a bit easier but tiring

    Ive done this for 2 months and my bottom lengh use to be 124 now its 87 so it actually helps determination is key and please for the love of god try to improve your diet it will help the process ❤❤

      Because I’m rather young I didn’t know for sure how many sets I should be doing per week but over these past 2 weeks I definitely see results and potential for even greater ones

    Starting from today:
    Week 1 (12nov): completed with moderation. Highly sweating after this session. As of now measurement of my hips is 39inches. Will update on next Tuesday now. ✌️
    Here’s the update: i can see visible changes. My measurement is 38inches. Along with this workout i was also going to gym and skipped this on leg day and also completing goal of 10k steps with calorie deficit diet. Another update on 26nov.

    DAY1-DONE IT COMPLETELY..full of sweat..weight -98.1
    DAY2-done ...doing keto..not much noticable changes on butt weight -97.9
    day 3 -done..nothing..literrally nothing..but yeah because of keto ...-weight -96.2
    day 4 -done it and the same ..0 percent change..weight - 95.1..ill do it for 10 days ..lets seee...😓😓

    Hoping to be consistent everyday, Will share my thoughts everyday for 10 days.
    Day 1: ✅ - Nice ease in, some exercises were difficult but we got through
    Day 2: ✅ - I didn't do the exercises the very next day, i did them the day after, So a day gap in between, that's okay. I reckon, the most important thing is to keep going, i may miss a day but never two days in a row, and on days i miss, i run. About the exercises, they felt easier for sure on the second day, Although my thighs burn, I love the feeling. Infact, I relish it!

      @@shauryapoddar8383 I do this for 1 week and I drink only clean water and do jump rope, and of cource I don't overeat, but you can do your own diet.
      I noticed a change in about 3 days.

      @@walmartbrooklynguy7105 Normally breakfast, lunch, dinner, but I wouldn't eat sweets (lots of calories) and I wouldn't overeat, but if you only drink water, you'll have less appetite

    Day 1 - I was exhausted at the end but I know it will be worth it ✅
    Day 2 - Less exhausted but feeling a little better now ✅
    Day 3 - Way more sweaty because I’m really dedicated and can already see small changes ✅
    Day 4 - Really sweaty right now and I can see some changes I’ll continue till 1 September. ✅

    Hi, I have a huge ass as a boy and it started when I was in 6th Standard. Since then I stopped wearing jeans and only wore loose shorts so I look lean. Still, in school I was getting laughed at a lot so I decided that I want to reduce my butt size so I started to do cycling 1 hour everyday. But now I am in 9th and I have boards next year so I cannot take a hour during night as I have tuitions during day.
    Still, I have a huge ass so I am starting this workout on 10/12/24.
    I will do it till 1st of January so 20 days.
    Day 1: Butt Size- 101.6cm
    Day 2: Butt Size- 101.5cm

    For people wondering - yes it fixes pelvic tilt , it includes exrcises like brigde etc. You also should include 3 types of squat . All the best 🤡👍🏻

    Started on 6th december gonna do till 16 december
    Day 1 : Kinda alot harder than i thought the 2nd last exercise was pretty hard but i somebow managed!
    Day2: I took 4 days rest but I swear I will do it till 10 days now it was still hard and at the 2nd exercise it was like no U cannot so I did some other exercise
    Promise I won't skip now

    Day 2-completed.1st day. only I feel pain.today I am satisfied.not more pain compared than 1st day.

    I'm starting from today please remind me every day.
    Starting weight 80 after done exercise I'll update
    Day1: just completed fully sweaty and my legs a bit shaky but still have energy to do some more exercise and I'm doing until tomorrow bye.
    Day2: completed not as sweaty as yesterday but my every joint is aching but still have some energy left. See ya until tomorrow.
    Day3: completed my joints are aching still so much sweaty but the thing is start feeling bored let see how long i can continue until see ya.
    Day4: completed today i am so tired maybe because i did constantly so much exercise with out any rest. But yeah i am fine see ya until tomorrow.
    Day5: completed today while doing exercise i feel little pain but not longer i finished it. And didn't sweat as much as previous days. Abut weightloss I'll update on 7th day. Until see you tomorrow.
    Day6: completed yeah like other days i sweat but today i didn't feel any pain and didn't get much tired feels like my body adopting it. That's for today see you tomorrow.
    Day7: completed. Just went like other days.

    Day 1 (N): Weight-(forgot), no noticeable difference
    Day 2 (M): Weight-160.5 lbs, no noticeable difference
    Day 2 (N): Weight-161.5 lbs, no noticeable difference
    Day 3: rest day (sunday)

    Bro I'm 12 y/o And Ima Be Trying this workout in the vacation
    Day 1 :- Dying It Was Preety Hard Since I'm dumb and hasn't been exercising for weeks due to exam, but overall I did it twice a day and I feel a lot of calories burned mixing this with 100 squats it actually feels like I'm gaining more energy
    Day 2 and day 3 as well as day 4 nothing seriously nothing no changes in kinda scared if I can actually do it in 1 month to avoid humiliation at school
