Started today 2/2/23 haven't been in a gym in 3yrs, diffenlty felt it. I'm gonna try to do this and some of your other works a few times a week. My starting weight is 315lbs. I'll try to make sure to comment and log my weight in 30 days.
I’ve tried this with small sets of push ups I did notice a slight change just because I was drinking sugary drinks but I can feel the firm pectoral muscles forming
Thank you Gainz! I've been doing this workout for 11 weeks daily. I allways do it within 15 minute of waking and I run on it all morning. I subbed the last two stretches for another set of wall pushups and a low plank. This is a great workout, my chest has completely changed for the best. Thanks again.
? Running removes man boobs? Anything that reduces weight and increases muscles will do it. The point is the repeatablity with no injury, and the enjoyment of a good short workout that'll get people doing it. Running will not motivate old fat guys... I'm 62, 6 ft and teach (or inflict) death yoga (ask me), most of the stuff I do is way harder than this workout. But it targets nicely and is a pleasant quick wake up I can bang out early in the moring. For those of you having shoulder issues, you are supposed to squeeze the chest when doing these exercises. That will take the focus and stress off of the shoulders and move it to the chest. I do most of these exercises with bands
Im glad you pointed that out iim 58 my left shoulder is lack of proper movementss too and lack of anu chest muscles?? Maybe it makes sence to use your body and exercise your body properly
i do this 5 times a week and try hold in my abs and chest while doing each one. with other exercises and the right diet ive noticed the small changes. knowing it won't change overnight but a month or 2 from now ill look even better.

I was never in a gym so i am 58 and going downhill losing flexabilty, strength, and muscle naturally as you age but i LOVE watching this video and try keep up and after 2 vids i said and see a diiference in myself esteem also and have try other vids you have i do like this one the most i do the routine b4 bed maybe i need try 1 time in morning now i feel better i heard lots of snapping and cracking in my left shoulder so i also do reverse shoulder rotation while restind and ear to shoulder while resting both also . Im 61 and a few yrs ago my Dr. explained that the pain I was experiencing in my nipples was due to gynecomastia or what is more commonly referred to as Man Boobs. I saw a specialist and asked if there was anything that could be done. He said "workout or surgery". I started working out and have now built a nice chest BUT the chest fat is still there and so hard to lose. I have done these exercises for two days now and my chest feels nice and tight! I am going to keep doing it for a month and see what happens. I love how easy it is to follow along. Well done!
Update. Ok, It has been a month and I have done this exercise every day. From the beginning, I felt something, then I saw something and now I am looking at a man in the mirror that looks more like a man than I did a month ago. If you are reading this, just do what I did and try. It helps to have a decent diet and a regular exercise regime, but this bit really makes a difference.

Weight resistance or weight lifting and doing the 3 basic movements deadlift , squat , bench press. This is absolutely paramount if you want to create more muscle .

Are all of these exercises made to be standing even the ones that say wall pulses. Up against a wall? It says kneeling? But it is covered by the person, so prevents to on the knees

Surprisingly these videos are great for focusing in on one muscle group. Some like to get family's in evolved early in exercising and the music can really be rough on the kids ears. Good stuff but would be just as good without the language.
It's a simple warm up and nothing more. Anybody who thinks doing this will burn away chest fat and build muscle is deluded 😂😂 The amount of crap people believe just because it's in a UA-cam video with fancy scientific visuals is hilarious
