This video brilliantly captures the sobering reality of law enforcement officers facing the consequences of their actions. It's a stark reminder of the importance of accountability and integrity within the justice system. The officer's struggle with alcoholism and the delicate handling of the situation by his colleagues shed light on the complexities of policing and the human side of those who are sworn to protect and serve. It's a thought-provoking piece that prompts reflection on the challenges faced by both officers and the communities they serve.

If you were pulled over and crashed your own car and was belligerent drunk like the other guy was I promise you you would not be provided with the same opportunity. you're going to end up going to prison within 5 minutes. This video sheds light on the sobering reality of corruption within law enforcement, emphasizing the importance of accountability and integrity in serving and protecting communities. The transparency displayed in these cases serves as a crucial reminder that no one, regardless of their position, is above the law. It's commendable to see officers like Lieutenant Byron who prioritize public safety over personal connections, ensuring that justice is served even when faced with difficult situations. This serves as a valuable lesson in upholding the principles of justice and fairness, ultimately strengthening trust between law enforcement and the communities they serve.

The Lt. was never gonna let him drive home, there was no "coming to his senses". He was just trying to keep this goof calm and tried to talk him down. What's even more disgusting is when cops are put on administrated leave WITH pay. Your license is instantly suspended by the DMV when you're officially charged with a DUI/DWI and it's a cops job to be able to drive to investigate. Every cop must be ready at an instant when needed and if you can't drive, you are absolutely useless. Don't get me wrong, I don't hate police but I hate when they are treated special by their Dept because of their position. Them of ALL people should be held accountable right along with Judge's, Dr's, Attorney's and the elected folks who make these laws. I love that we are seeing more and more good cops like these here doing their jobs instead of playing the "good old boys" games like they used to. Finally we see our biggest problem with not just the Police Depts but every single "high end" jobs. Dr's/Dentists, Cops, Politicians, Teachers, Attorney's, Nurses and more are allowed to resign instead if getting fired because that way no reasons are logged anywhere with some of them, mainly Politicians, Atty's and Cops/Deputies keeping full benefits in many cases costing tax payers more money AND allowing these folks to simply move to a different city/state to take up a similar job.

I realize this comment has nothing to do with these tyrants, I’m glad they were dealt with, especially that pig that was ruling over that lady in the shorts with the big boobs. That psychopath has done that before. I am a Canadian/American citizen,, born and raised in Canada (now called Canuckistan) and Canada does have a few things that the US does not have. Like if you are charged with a crime, guilty or innocent that is on your record, in the US that is on your record even if the charges are dropped. In Canada you will never see anything on someone’s record unless they have been to court and convicted of the crime. That’s the way it should be, by no means is it right to have something show up on your record just because a cop charges you with something. There was a man charged with assaulting a cop even though the cop lied about the whole thing. Once the video came out the charges were dropped, but they are still on his record.THATS WRONG.

They do the test and then usually do a breath test. They then get a blood sample after the arrest. They do that, because breath test can be fooled. They need as much evidence they can get to justify an arrest.

First clip shows pure corruption !! anyone else would have been arrested immediately and charged with dui. He gave him the option of driving before he told him he was drinking even tho he knew he was drunk from the beginning and then still gave him the option for his wife to come. I hope everyone who was involved in this giving him an out was fired and or arrested….this can’t happen if police want the public to trust them.

Lol the last video was completely fine 😀. He shouldn't have been terminated. What's with the weak ass penalties handed to these police officers though???
