You have changed my view of police brutality and crime.
First cop had a history of being over aggressive and still kept his job. How do you see this and not think they're corrupt as a collective?
Have you looked at violent crime lately? black people be topping the charts in every form of it despite being only 14% of the population. Should we then assume that black people are just bad? Or do we need to look at every case as an individual and judge them as just a man who did a crime? How bout you try dealing with police in non westernized countries, let me know how it works out.
He is a problem and should go to prison. The other officer on scene should be fired too for not helping the victim or correcting the officer’s behavior. But he doesn’t speak for everyone. I know countless officers that have founded and devoted many hours to community outreach projects. Many officers that work hard to help victims and genuinely love the community. Good people that have made many sacrifices in the name of public safety and betterment. Don’t fall into the trap of placing them all under the same unfair bias. Each officer is an individual. Just as any religion, race, orientation, etc must be treated on the content of their character, and not by some base characteristic, we must do the same with profession. Many become officers out of a willingness to help people in dark times. Some become officers because they hate seeing videos like this, and join to be the change they want to see. So no. It’s not fair or accurate to call them all corrupt. The evil ones need to be found and held accountable to the fullest extent. Everyone else should be treated well. You don’t know them personally. You don’t know what they may have already sacrificed for someone else, and what they are willing to give.
lol... why is it always black people jumping to... "all white people are racist" and "all cops are bad people cause"
Can we just stop judging entire groups of people based on the actions of a tiny fractions of people. Their are 700k police officers in the USA and most of them are good men. use some critical thought FFS

@@FOREVERTROUBLESOME yea, I thought about it after posting the comment
I don’t think that’s reason enough given how many instances of them turning them off to commit crimes. Given their power imbalance, they should just have someone of the same gender review and blur anything but leave the audio on. When you’re in duty, with a weapon and cuffs, your camera should be on. Mute is reasonable but not completely off. Or have them check in with a team to confirm they can turn it off.
No not while doing a investigation search,if on duty they should never be able to,these were some foul cops making police force and all black officers look untrustworthy, period!
they should report how long they have been on toilet, so it matches the time they writed, otherwise it should be a crime no matter what, and even if u have camera on only the chief can see it all so it matters that they shouldn't turn of their camera because of illegal actions
Imagine how many other people they stole from ?!
Holy crap, that’s outrageous and you wonder why people hate cops.
I was legitimately so shocked by the bodycam that was accidentally turned on when those police officers were illegally(?) searching a family's home and straight up stealing money, designer items, along with quite a bit of other valuable items. If that female officer hadn't somehow mistakenly activated her bodycam, they'd have gotten away with their criminal actions. There is no telling how many other thefts they've committed

I agree, probation should not have been in the cards. Prison. They violated the public trust and their oaths.
Heck there's a female cop that was with Dallas PD just got like 5 or 6 years in prison for killing a man in his own apartment. Claimed she thought it was hers. If that's not bad enough, after the rest of the officers arrived, they were down in the apartment parking lot, and the cruisers cam and mic caught them trying to turn the footage off of the woman talking about the incident to another officer. 5 years for killing a man. The guy was in his boxers eating freaking ice cream and watching a game on TV. Smh. It's about to be that we the people have to start defending our own selves with these pieces of crap cops running the streets. Absolutely ridiculous.
I feel like, when they get into the part about his pubes being in the backseat of his cruiser, and they're talking about people "hooking up" and "would your pubes be back there", that it's almost assumed amongst the investigators that it is common for police officers to "hook up" in the back of their cruiser.

Yea if they have to do fingerprints they leave a total mess. What I do not get why the cops are going though these people stuff like this anyway. Most of seattle rioted over that last cop, and I wouldn't be surprised if he moved or barely shows his face anymore, Especially when not in uniform.
It's almost like we were meant to protect ourself and agents of the state are thieves and tax collectors. Now getting the idea across you are responsible for you and your safety isn't popular so the session will continue until moral improves.

That really pisses me off that those 3 officers that went through that house and stole a bunch of stuff didn't get any jail time! They should get the same sentence that anyone else would get if they had done that! In fact, they should get more time since they are officers because they should be held to a higher standard! That makes my blood boil! Thieving hussies!
That pissed me off too. I can’t stand thieves. Literally caught in the action of stealing and nothing was done about it. 😑
@@inukoko2012 I know right!
Good thing they got caught!
It made no sense how they stole all these people property and no jail time not cool
@@TheressBlair Exactly what I said! And we all know that they didn't get any jail time just because they were police officers. If you or me went in someone's house and stole things, we'd be behind bars! Also, it should have been a felony because that was definitely more than $500 worth of stuff! Honestly I think most cops are decent people, but there's always a few bad apples. But it really makes me mad when officers commit crimes and they don't get the same punishment that anyone else would get. No one should get special treatment because no one is supposed to be above the law. Actually, I think that police officers should be held to a higher standard because of their position of power/authority.

My uncle was a victim of police brutality in the 2000's, he was going to a school where the kid he worked with (i think he was a councillor) and his kid had a weapon and my uncle was taking the kid to his building he worked at and the cops came out with their battons and started beating my uncle up and they broke his back and messed up his spine, (this was in canada so there wasnt a lot of medical bills) and this incident made it so he was fired from his job and he got dumbed by his fiance, so he had to move back in with his mom, and tbe cops didnt get reprimanded and after my uncle got as better as he could, he started working again (idk what he did) and then he started to get a decent amount of money, so he started a lawsuit against the police station, and it took about 15 years (starting from the time of the incident) and he won $1,000,000 from the lawsuit, and the police officer's that beat him up got fired, but he stilla lives in pain.
Well I was arrested for reporting my own car stolen. This was back around the same fime and my car was made in 1990. Well fhe cop kept on insisting since I still had my key I must have been drunk and lost it. Well I do not drink. So they find my car with the 3 other cars that were stolen in my gated community all stolen the same way. They had the steering column taken apart and were hot wired. I had some choice words to that cop when he dropped off the paperwork to pick up my car. They do not even apologize. They certainly do not listen. They just make crap up. They ended up not booking when I asked you cannot prove my car was not stolen and the SGT let me go. But no one want to go though that when you have done nothing wrong.

I’m a lawyer, I’ve only done a few criminal cases but my Criminal associates tell me that the cops lie all the time and that a lot more goes on than we realize. Many of these episodes of misbehavior by the police are on body cams. I have to assume things were worse before the body cams, and even today to hear what some of the cops will say to their colleagues about the situation when there’s actual video exposing their lies is really shocking to me.
I used to work for a lawyer who had only cop cases to defend. He told me that he defends them, but the are bad people.
He was a great guy.
It's almost like cops aren't there to serve and protect. Getting the population to realize they're responsible for their own safety. Sadly the same people that use the police to keep the status quo have also convinced you guns are bad and freedom is worse.

This video sheds light on the alarming abuse of power by law enforcement officers, highlighting the importance of accountability and transparency within our justice system. It serves as a stark reminder that carrying a badge does not grant immunity to committing crimes, and emphasizes the need for rigorous oversight to ensure the integrity of our law enforcement agencies.
The best police officer in this whole video is the incredible investigator questioning the cop in the section around 49 minutes. She’s awesome at breaking his walls down and then narrowing the heat. After so much awful it was nice to have her crack me up.

Jannie Ligons, and she was a terrible investigator. Instrumental in wrongly convicting my man, an actual good cop, Daniel Holtzclaw. Disgusting what was allowed into 'evidence' in this case. Watch "Daniel in the Den". This case hurts my heart still...
I can’t get through five minutes of this without having to take a break from being straight stressed and pissed off. I’ve run across cops like these all my life. I’ve yet to once in all my 48 years come across a cop that didn’t display some kind of ego driven abusive attitude or dishonest behavior. Omg right. Infuriating and heart wrenching at the same time! These lying violent cops make my blood boil and at the same time I’m near tears for the victims and the pain and suffering they endured for no reason. Nauseating rollercoaster.
Im only up to the first one right now but that slam is fucking disgusting and the way he acts is it almost as horrible.
I've actually had the opposite experience, with the exception of one. I can honestly say that one bad officer ruins it for the others simply because of the fraternity code. Many officers fear turning on their fellow officers, yet want to hold everyone else to a higher standard. That for me, is the most frustrating aspect of all of this, especially since people who haven't run into a bad officer, will find reasons to justify their actions and/or corrupt behavior.
Thank god I've run into a few truly good cops. But unfortunatly the overwheming majority of cops I've run into all had problems.
Maybe you should ask yourself why you're running across so many cops. I've met very few police officers in my life, in their official capacity. The only cops I know are the ones I've known personally. Perhaps you're the common denominator.
I tried to watch this video out of curiosity but I could not last more than a minute out of anger
The first video where I don't see the guy resisting at all is so insane and to then have suffered from a broken clavicle and fractured skull as well as a traumatic brain injury is so egregious for the behavior I saw on the video. The fact that he's being still charged for obstruction is completely ridiculous. Completely appalling.
