The Aguda Panel recommended the creation of a Federal Capital Territory (FCT) in the center of the country. General Mohammed issued a proclamation to this effect on February 3, 1976.

@@segunfamaye5377 highly disconnected. I am angry at the channel for misleading people with their caption. Nothing of that looks like Aso villa, just the surrounding. And like you said, we know what the inside of the presidential houses of other countries look like, but not one knowledge of what ours look like. Students even have a tour of the White House. For us, the mentality is so poor that it is sickening. Like people will hijack Aso Villa if they know what it looks like?
