Thank you for the Positive feedback... It made my day.. stay tuned for awesome videos ...
Lol just give him 10 out of 10 or 100%.
Steve is good with properties, estates and public buildings/construction. I think he either read something around building technology, construction, architecture, etc, or he has someone so close to him that has relationship with architecture/construction. The way he gets the 3Ds of Nigerian building (bridges, stadiums, etc) amazes me. He must definitely have an insider!
yes, I love the up-close videos shots. The buildings look very very nice.
I LOVE 💕 BELLAVUE ESTATE, AND WOULD LOVE TO LIVE THERE WITH MY FAMILY.
Abuja is a lovely place, i have been there four times. I wish i was wealthy, i would live there tomorrow if i was. Nigerians are hospitable and friendly, good climate, good food, and plenty of character. It has a lot going for it, and has plenty of potential. Enjoyed the video thanks.
Thanks 👍
You are right
God bless all the developers who were generous about planting trees and shrubs, and even grass everywhere.
I totally agree with you
Rich!!!!
Mmmmm, planting of trees is a must in Abuja and not by choice that's why the city is greenish. Abuja is the only city in Nigeria that is been build by law
Flowers 🌺
Not Lagos Developers that's for sure
I was part of the Construction team that built the Hall 7 Estate, Abuja Nigeria in 2018 ......it was modelled after some Luxury property in Dubai, UAE.
Great to know well done

As a Kenyan, I must say, Nigerians have very grand taste. A bit iffy on landscaping though but great houses all in all
Cost of land is the main reason we don’t have landscaping.
Ya
But they are cheap considering the most expensive house is like 250m naira that's about ksh 80mil, in kenya those houses could be from ksh 150m upwards
@@vincegigzopolo551 houses that are more expensive are not usually in estates..

I really enjoyed this video! Afro-Brittish and all the Africans diaspora must see this video. But, sadly enought the Western media show us another vieuw of Africa. Poverty! One day I will visit Nigeria.
That’s why we try our best to show the good side
Looks to be perfectly honest it's true since most of us Africans live in poverty, it's a little percentage of us who live like this, so it's understandable.
@@shariifasad9099 every country in the world has luxurious estates and some suburbs that are not really developed .Its not only Nigeria. I live in low class estate in Nigeria , I'm not a millionaire, but I'm very comfortable.

In fairness all the Estates are so nice, lots of tress on the streets, clean and with beautiful landscapes.

#4 Bellavue Estate is my best, it looks very modern, very bright, lots of solar energy on the rooftop, well designed, looks like smart house. It's worth buying, I luv it 👍
Thanks for sharing!
I work with Urban Shelter Ltd.. the developers for Bellavue, we also have other beautiful estates and new ones coming up

Abuja is on another level..........beautiful real estate.
Yes it is
Abuja houses are well priced, spacious, have better craftsmanship and finishes with bigger land(erf)and green areas as compared to Lagos minimalistic estates.
Lagos is overpriced.
Palm springs is bu far the best. The streets look like any place in Beverly Hills.
Great video. Watching form ZW🇿🇼🇿🇼🇿🇼

Steve you rock!! It was nice having you around.
I think I still like the Godab Estate. By the way, they are all beautiful.

The estate is too beautiful ND I dream everyday to be there someday.
First, thank you for giving us the prices of the houses. Most videos like this does not give prices. Secondly, I am so glad that I got to visit Abuja. I tell people that I like Nigeria better than Ghana. When you drive around these neighborhoods, you are in awe. Because all you hear is bad things about Nigeria. So I was very impressed to see houses better than what we have in America there.
Nigeria has great homes
Come to Banana Island in Lagos, you will be dazed
@@nigerdeltamirrortv9311 Too late. I've already been there. And you are right. It is amazing. I normally stay in Lekki, Victoria Island when I visit. One day, all of Nigeria and Africa will be that nice. I just wish that the leaders there would treat the people better.
@@MrRklewis Great you had a nice time in Naija. You are right, our leaders all over the continent are our main problem but we've decided not to bear with them anymore but to fix the problem; so hopefully leadership will improve in the coming decades and Africa will really start to rise and shine.
*Ghana* their night mare... Their lifes are centered around Ghana.
Even in matters that do not concern Ghana they will still drag the name Ghana into it.
The name Ghana scares them.
I always recommend your videos to others when talking about Nigeria, because you explain things the best and your videos are quality.

I feel like packing my suitases to relocate to Abuja but certainly not in one of those mansions. 😅😅😅😅! I fell in love with Abuja ever since I watched the very first episode of Halita. Indeed, I have been toying with the idea of flying to Abuja on an exploratory trip to gather information on hospitals and clinics, housing, transportation, the people, ect... This is a place of my dream because I like the city, its scenery, the sky which is high and always blue, no traffic jam. I hope to be able to make it over there one day.
Abuja is a nice place to leave.. not as noisy as Lagos
Where are you located now?
Lived in lagos all my life, grew up in lagos, relocated to Abuja and have been there over a year plus, and I've never regretted moving there. Beautiful city.
Great job. Abuja people are lucky as the considers the environment when building. Lovely landscapes!
Great houses beautiful scenery and view , i vote for all !! Love nigeria from isreal
I would give the number 1 spot to palm springs, love the way the trees were used to gentrify the estate.

Thank for watching.. which is your fav estate?
So many good ones, but Palmgroves
Godab Estate is the best I have seen. I have lived in Abuja for years and I marvel at the houses I see in Godab estate.
I love this video and I totally agree that the aso groove is way above the purpose for which the estate was constructed, 220m is no joke for a civil servant let alone a struggling youth. Well done and nice content as usual
Loved this! Great job! Also loved Palm Springs🌴🌴🌴
Great video, I’m so glad there was lush greenery in most of the estates, Thank God, it’s good for the environment. Lastly can you check beautiful estates in Ogun state and the Ile ife area as well.
All I see here is in-depth research💯

More Nigerian artists should be coming to shoot their music videos in Abuja!
I think the Nigerian entertainment industry is sleeping on Abuja!
Amazing scenic beauty!
Clarence Peters, Adasa Cookey, TG Omori,, Moe Musa, Sesan, over to you guys, make una bring una camera up here!
It's the permit to shoot that's the problem, it takes time and these artistes have deadlines to meet. Same thing with Lagos; that's why most videos are interior shots, few outdoors
Before they allow you to shoot, you would climbed Mt Everest and come down. Nigeria is not ready for tourism.
@@nigerdeltamirrortv9311 Yes but these vloggers are filming endlessly!
If these individual vloggers can do it, I don’t know why our filmmakers can’t!

Absolutely! Beautiful
Godab and Palmspring is dope. Nice job steve keep it up. Thanks Bigwillz for the great job
I love Palm Springs too ... thanks for watching
Nice video beautiful architecture proud to know that all these are in my country. Having said that these estate has 24hrs light, steady water supply good roads recreation grounds all the good things that make life worth living why can't we replicate these same development to the common man and its so sad that to say that most of these houses are own by politicians that are paid with tax payers money to bring developments to the common man no wonder corruption can never be reduce in Nigeria with things like this.
How many politicians do you think are in Nigeria, I’m not taking away from what you’re saying but this mentality has to stop, you do realise Nigerians at home and in the diaspora that keep turning the cog , business owners , entrepreneurs, tech , fashion, farmers etc etc it’s not easy but together we can and will overcome, there are probably 10s of million of Nigerians in this category , the goal obviously is to expand this availability to all Nigerians
Thank you. Great content!

I subscribed immediately because I love Abuja. Thank you Steven Ndukwu 😂
As an architect I can agree that all these houses are gorgeous but there is more to a home than a house and a concrete patio to park your 5 cars. No front garden, no back yard. Nowhere to relax outdoors with friends. Nowhere for the children to have a swing set or kick a ball. Nowhere to plant tomatoes and peppers. Nowhere to have a barbecue and beer, talk less of a pool.
I did like those few estates that did not build a big hulking house edge to edge, but left some space for outdoor living. After all, this is Africa. The climate is beautiful and Abuja has many days of dry weather and sunshine. Why do I want to live inside my air conditioned mansion 24/7/365 as if I am in Alaska.
I would rather live in my village than live inside some of those beautiful concrete prisons.
Check out the drone footage again. All you see is hardscape and roofs...no landscape. Not talking about the grass strips along the street (window dressing) but the actual living spaces inside the gates.
Your opinion
The land in the city is expensive..you will only find huge gardens on the outskirts ....or people that can afford billions to pay for it within the city. Good luck with your search...
@steven ndukwu, yes my educated opinion.
@tosin ojo, you have a decent point. It all depends on the value you put on the quality of life. I would argue that these locations are suburban and not city-centre. Yes, they are expensive but the owners are not lacking money, just vision.
There are options, slightly smaller house to accommodate outdoor space. You can add a 3rd storey to decrease the ‘footprint’. If you look at similar sized luxury homes around the world, they always have enviable outdoor spaces where you see the inhabitants ‘chopping life’, on the deck or patio, under the trees, in the pool, children playing on swings etc. None of that is possible here...
Did you consider the population in the calculation with the size?
If you have your money go and buy 1 hectares of land in Abuja and build what you prefer.
detailed as usual. respect brother
Thank you bro
Nice homes! But, find me nice piece of land in the village with lots of fruit trees and vegetables with simple house, and that will be good enough for me.
They have that in Abuja too.
