    Because every video could be a first video for someone who is trying to heal themselves, I will be posting this on every video I watch on this topic.
    The benefits I’ve enjoyed since adopting the Carnivore way of eating (in no particular order): Excess weight gone, improved sleep, mental clarity, able to remember why I went into another room, varicose veins disappeared, sun and stove burns don’t hurt and are gone the next day, hardly any plaque and no bleeding gums at the dentist, rosacea gone, acne gone, mood improvement, joint pain gone, cravings gone, ankle swelling gone, cracked heels gone, and I never feel “hangry”

    2:46: I can't remember who said it, it might have been Bart Kay while being interviewed by KentCarnivore recently: We're not meant to be in constant ketosis. I am not going verify or deny it, but, I am going to file it under "we're all different."

    I bought a 1 kg bag of Magnesium Malate and a 1kg bag of Potassium Citrate. The salt I just buy at the grocery store. I find that mixing the three in the ratios given on the LMNT site is several times too much and causes my stoohl to be quite runny. The way I dose the magnesium and potassium now is just a tiny pinch between my fingers every other day. Otherwise I seem to eventually experience leg cramps.

    I'm curious about the collagen. I use 4 scoops a day. I'm wondering is this not necessary? Or even a bad idea?
