    This looks delicious!
I am very impressed with your work.
Sorry to be a bother, butI am trying to avoid deep frying. If I make these rolls, do you think they can be baked instead?
Also, if I use this dough to make dumplings, would it be possible to then steam the dumplings?

You can use the pork chive dumpling recipe, which is more convenient for what you want. The dumplings can be fried with a little oil by a frypan or steamed in a pot.

Great video! Does this freeze well? Can you freeze it before frying or will it fall apart when you take it out of the freezer?

Oh, that technique looks so intriguing! I would never thought of rolling and pan frying a bunch of wrappers together, is there any benefit to doing it this way vs rolling/ frying them individually? The finished product looks amazing, makes me want to drop whatever I was doing before and trying this recipe :)

This is lovely. A quick question, could I use normal potatoes rather than a sweet potatoes? Would you recommend to use fresh potatoes rather than powder mash?

You can use normal potatoes. I posted a video of Wraps which uses mashed potato. Yes, I recommend to use fresh potato rather than powder because I couldn't get it.

Looks good Lucy! I was wondering if the same recipe+technique could be used for dumpling wrappers?
Also, when did you add the "glue"?

The written recipe (in the description) for the wrapper is slightly different, from the one in the video... Description said 60g rice flour 40g tapioca 50g mashed potato. While it's 50g rice 50g tapioca 55g potato in the video... Which one's the right one/works best?? Other than that, excellent recipe!

Thank you for your comment. I had an explanation in the description about adjusting the ratio of ingredients in the video. So the description should be correct. .

Can I use potato instead of sweet potato? Can this wrappers be frozen after cooked in the pan? Or should I freeze it while still raw?

Will definitely try it, but why do the pieces have to be piled ontop of eachother and heated that way insyead of individual circles of rolled dough ?

I was wondering where the meat was haha. GF and DF... Then I read the title (VEGAN). I am not a mushroom fan, what can I use instead? minced beef? Also I question the Vegan approach with Mushrooms. They are highly intelligent, although sentient fungi, but they can adjust/adapt and feel around themselves, some are carnivorous, feeding of insects/small animals and also plant life near them (wood etc).
