    Made these using lamb, and thoroughly enjoyed them. Got into a huge mess making pastry with it sticking to gloves and rolling pin. Probably made it too wet. Ended up using a mixer with two dough hooks, way easier. Keen to try other recipes.

      Moisture is very important in gluten-free dough making and must be precise. If you want to use a mixer to mix, it means that there is really more water.

    First off, thanks for these recipes. They look amazing!
    Now a question - I noticed you are using sweet potatoes, many times the purple/white ones, which I cannot get where I live... Would this recipe(s) work with regular potatoes??

    Hello please can I use tiger nut flour or cassava flour instead of the rice flour and can I use olive oil instead of the rice bran oil?

      You can use olive oil instead of the rice brain oil. I'm not sure if you can use tiger nut flour or cassava flour instead of the rice flour.

    Speed up the sweet potato: wash it and put it in the microwave until cooked. Peel it and smash it. AND DONE.

    Made these today. I used a pork filling, but the dough definitely could not be made to a 10x50 cm rectangle. Most I could go was 30cm. Lots of holes. Trying to understand what I did wrong.

      It feels like the dough was not kneaded enough, or you might need to add a little more water. The dough should be a bit soft.
