Its strange how the diet you've chosen is more restrictive than most, but you manage to present it as the diet of a person who isn't on the verge of a psychopathic breakdown (unlike others). As a result, I've learned some recipes, which help me enjoy food in a different way without largely counting carbs or just shoveling in greens. I mean... where is the art in that? And I may be in love with your complex accent ;-)

Hi Fan, I took your advice and froze one of the spring rolls that I had already pan fried. I baked it in a 425-degree oven allowing the pan to heat up so that the nori would be crispy. It worked!! Thank you so much for sharing your creations with us.

What ur making is a sushi and instead of rice u used cauliflower. But there is still nori so the flavour resembles to sushi. While this one is spring roll that taste like a sushi. If have a good imagination then this might be good

Jusy be sure that if you set it down on a plate that you put the sealed part down. N ori is tasty raw. I eat 4-5 sheets at a time for a snak sometimes.

I haven't seen any skinny vegans.Your different oils that you cook with contains fat. Avocados 🥑 contain fat. Google vegetarian or vegan foods that contain fat.

There's a lot of fat in plant foods, even regular keto followers eat lots of nuts, peanut butter, seeds, and olive oil. The problem is that these fats are high in linoleic acid, the inflammatory omega 6 fat, but contain no essential fats, which our brains need.

@@joantendler6518 1000% correct...I like everything in moderation...My Mum is 84 and in full health and her brain function is better then ours! I fast a lot and eat so much less these days...2/3 times per week I have only 1 meal a day....but it always includes a bit of animal protein...a bit of red meat or fish...very often a bit of chicken...and eggs, I eat daily or every second day only from free roaming farms...my meats are organic as well, grass fed...I wish we would dismantle all those horrific barns where they keep those animals in those shocking conditions...but I really believe we do need variety of foods but in minimal amounts...there is too many of us and millions are hungry...we can't feed that many ppl...not even with plant based diets....In South East Asia (North Thailand) whole communities eat insects, daily....and they all healthy ....it may come to that that we all will include bugs on our dinner plates..:-)

@@Nitka022 I agree! I try to eat locally-produced veggies, meat, fish, goat milk, and eggs. I've been tweaking a higher carb keto diet, with only those foods, and no plant fats, except for avocados. So, I can include some rye bread and legumes for protein and fiber. I used to eat nuts, seeds and peanuts, but we don't digest them fully, so, especially with their bad fats, it's really a waste of resources to eat them. Good for your Mum! My Mom was diagnosed with severe Alzheimer's 5 years ago. So, she stopped eating oatmeal and bread, and basically ate hard-boiled eggs, meat and fish-pretty much a keto diet. She just passed at 93, peacefully at home, and was lucid to the last!

@@joantendler6518 so so sorry for your loss:-( it must be hard. But 93, wow! and she managed Alzheimer so well to be able to stay at home and as you say, was lucid! So well done! They call Alzheimer, Diabetes 3 now, officially. Our brain is also becoming insulin resistant. Some medics treat those brain diseases with more carnivore diets and plenty of fasts! Even a few day fasts at the time, no matter the age of patients. It does magic to brain cells. Rejuvenation and regeneration..:-) AND German Dr Otto WARBURG got his Nobel Prize in 1931 for research showing (in layman's terms), majority of cancers live on glucose. We have to starve those suckers by completely cutting sugar and carbs! AND plenty ppl did just that. His research was ignored for decades. After the war USA and others loved German scientists but only mathematicians , astrophysics, engineers etc. Medics - they completely ostracised. You are always increasing your risks for cancers with high carbohydrate diets as we all have some dormant cancer cells in our bodies. Be a full vegan at your own risk. Feed those cells at your own peril.....We have to do our research and care for our own health...there are no magic pills or diets to make us well...with 7.9 billion of us we have to eat smarter and definitely less! OMAD - One Meal A day now and then is a life saver...;-)))

This is really healthy and looks delicious, but it is not keto.

Yes it is. She only eats like 1 or 2 meals a day.

It is keto/low carb. Just not meat based. She used healthy fat (olive oil, nuts) and non starchy veg.

@@kathklim Yes it does. If you eat one meal and it's maybe 40 carbs, you'll stay in ketosis regardless of whether the ingredients themselves are considering to be traditionally keto.
