  • This is a 30 minute 'after work' vinyasa flow class. A class to burn off excess energy or simply to create a bit of space between the day you’ve had and transitioning into your evening with a clear head. Class moves at a brisker pace through a sequence of low and high lunge salutes to create space through the front of the hips, standing warrior flow and side planks and winds down with a seated twist, forward folds and a brief shavasana. A class to get you out of your head, into your body and reconnect with your breath. Enjoy!
