DIY Metal Electronic Hihat A2E Conversion

Few folks inquired as to how I made my hi-hat; here's my process. This was going to be a real quick video, but as I was going through it, I realized there's some nuance that can easily be overlooked or oversimplified in explanation. The process can be applied to making A2E crash cymbals with bow/edge/choke as well. This is just my method, there may be a better way out there.
