Vijo cheeta,one question…Don’t you think while lifting heavy during a leg day requires more static leg stretching and mobility drills?I experience a lot of cramps if I don’t stretch well during my leg days especially
You should do more of mobility drills and dynamic stretching before your leg workout session also. Too much of Static stretching before the workouts might also affect your lifting capacity. Will explain more in the coming workout videos.
