Just to add to this video, there is no separate day function. The day dial only moves by advancing the time 24 hours at a time. I guess you can go backwards of forwards to move it, so the most you need to advance (or reverse) is 3 days.
To move the day, you have to keep spinning and advancing 24 hours for each day. It sucks to do. But if you wait until the day that is on the watch to set the date, you'll be all set.
