Hello, I just purchased a Timex T20041 and I am attempting to set the day/date. When I pull the stem all of the way out, I can adjust the "minute" hand ONLY. If the stem is 1/2 way out, I can adjust the date. BUT, I do NOT know how to adjust the day! Please help me!

I just received a timex wrist watch # T2H351, I got the time with no problem but couldn't get the date until I saw your video. Now I am wondering whether it will automatically change to right date after the months change? Also I am not sure if I have it on AM. or P.M. Thank you, your instructions really helped. To move the day, you have to keep spinning and advancing 24 hours for each day. It sucks to do. But if you wait until the day that is on the watch to set the date, you'll be all set.

You have to do it in the morning or it won’t work properly.

indiglo and wr30m are actually nothing to do with the model. indiglo is a feature thats basically just a purple backlight so you can read it in the dark (you turn this on by pressing the crown) and wr30m stands for water resistant to 30 meters.

Thank you for this. Timex directions say "SIMPLY" pull out stem. What a sack of sh*t. I had to use razor blade and magnifying glass. I had to move out stem like .001 at a time until the stem stayed on its own. Could barely see a space between stem head and case with magnifying glass. Spun stem head until date was set. A miracle. Then pulled out stem all the way and spun and spun until day was correct. Made sure I was on the correct side of noon for the auto changes watch does in normal operation. Like others, directions did not work. You cannot find the date middle stop on stem, because there is none. The date stop is barely out from the case. They should say 1/10 stop or less instead of middle.

Just to add to this video, there is no separate day function. The day dial only moves by advancing the time 24 hours at a time. I guess you can go backwards of forwards to move it, so the most you need to advance (or reverse) is 3 days.

I was able to set the date, but not the day. I saw the title of your video saying that you figured out how to set the day, but it doesn't look like you were able to do it either.
