That detective demonstrated just how useless and counter productive it can be to get angry and confrontational with the suspect. He got nowhere at all. No chance whatsoever of getting a confession since she simply refuted all his allegations. The softly softly approach of appearing to be sympathetic with the suspect works so much better.

Time of the test arrived. He started the car with the examiner in the passenger seat, checked his mirrors, went into drive, & promptly smacked his foot down on the brake- only, it wasn’t the brake but the accelerator, & hit the parked car in front.
I said a silent prayer of thanks to whichever god or deity out there smacked his foot down at the start of his test.

The female cop frustrated me. It was the way she was saying things. It would take forever to specifically pinpoint each thing. For example when they went to notify the wife. The female officer just seemed...off... compared to the male officer who approached the woman in a much nicer and professional way. The female officer didn't seem as experienced or caring or something. I just did not like the way she was questioning people and it seems like she was blowing certain things off. It reminded me of the 80s when they wouldn't believe that kids went missing. I'm used to hearing officers use.

the U$A's judicial system is one of the most laughable things Ive seen in my life.
The people of the country and each communities should be the ones determining a person's sentence. No more juries of 12, I am talking juries of 1200 or more people from the community in every single trial. Cant let a ruthless killers like THIS get away. We also have a 'surprise' inside for Casey Anthony or any of these other loony murderers who think they can game yhe system and get away without repurcussions...

From the facts in the video, I agree. However it's possible that the prosecution had legal concerns (whether certain evidence would be valid in court or not) that we don't know about. Having the judge rule a key piece of evidence inadmissible can have "not guilty" become a serious possibility.
