The female cop frustrated me. It was the way she was saying things. It would take forever to specifically pinpoint each thing. For example when they went to notify the wife. The female officer just seemed...off... compared to the male officer who approached the woman in a much nicer and professional way. The female officer didn't seem as experienced or caring or something. I just did not like the way she was questioning people and it seems like she was blowing certain things off. It reminded me of the 80s when they wouldn't believe that kids went missing. I'm used to hearing officers use.

Very well put together video and timeline. It's terrible that an elderly man was found murdered. My heartfelt condolences to his family and other loved ones. May they be able to find some sense of peace moving forward. I was glad to see that the murderer at least received a stiff sentence.

No way that was accidental, it’s all written out ahead of time for the narration. The key is the monotone delivery to slip it in. Lol. Dr Todd Grande has the same wit and delivery: “his parents were very unhappy with him; the dropping out of school, the constant pot smoking, the borrowing of money, and the murder………”

Well, did either of you actually WATCH THIS? She was offered a plea deal that the victims family accepted!! THEREFORE THERE IS NO TRIAL, AND NO DEATH PENALTY. your ignorance shows, sorry to say
That's what makes this even more upsetting is that he died over such an insignificant amount of money. He really doesn't have anything valuable yet this cold hearted woman killed him for what might be less than $300
No matter the size, $15-$20. I mean a $15k wedding ring is only pulling a couple hundred and that's WITH appraisel/GIA cert. Addicts kill for pennies on the dollar, and their desperation makes them more dangerous than anyone we usually consider a "bad ass".
20 years ago, my friend who owned a pawn shop was giving $15-30 bucks for tvs. So it's probably about the same now, if not less. Meth heads don't care. They'll kill for $5.

I’m no expert at all, but I really don’t like the whole it’s 40 years but you can get out on parole after 28… this girl was about to get the death penalty, how is it possible that she can say something and poof it’s only 28 years?? It should be death penalty or life, right?
NO because she was offered a plea deal, the victim's family AGREED TO IT, So therefore there is NO TRIAL and the death penalty gets taken off of the table etc etc etc

Yes, but Police don't typically knock down doors without careful consideration, since it's expensive to repair property. They generally try gaining access through other means, but if they believe someone's life is at risk or that there's a deceased person inside(which they were not 100% certain of), they may enter by whatever means necessary.

I appreciate the fact you dont interrupt or overly analyze everything nonstop 😂 the suspect coughed blinked and farted...this is a cluster that police use to determine if a suspect is lying 😂😂 like sometimes its just a scratch a fart can be just a fart 😂😂 You found that line and you walk it well in every case presented. You are a GOAT up there with jcs. Its also not a trend with you either like other channels who capitalized on the jcs trend with over qualified over analysis just for money and views , its obvious you care about the information and truth. 😊
Clousure. When we watch these videos, time is compressed. Can you imagine dealing with this for what can take months and months to get through trial and conviction and appeals? It has to be a comfort to Bill’s family to know she admitted guilt, and can’t hurt anyone else outside those prison walls.
Don't blame a victim for not wanting to deal with the criminal justice system She is an old woman who lost her husband to a violent murder The stress of going in and out of court, possibly for years and years, could kill her Now she can live the rest of her life and focus on processing her grief
From the facts in the video, I agree. However it's possible that the prosecution had legal concerns (whether certain evidence would be valid in court or not) that we don't know about. Having the judge rule a key piece of evidence inadmissible can have "not guilty" become a serious possibility.

It makes it easier when you don't have any real things to be ashamed of. But either way life is so much better sober and clean. I am at like 8 years almost, I think. Time flies once you get used to it.
This is why it is okay to be afraid of drug addicts. They get desperate for money and can be out of their minds.
Being afraid of and not trusting of sure. Hating or having no compassion for, no.
If only there was some governing body to fund better resources for the people struggling with addiction… like, instead of fighting a “war on drugs” they could protect the entire population with adequate services. But no, seems we should just live in fear of those who have been pushed to desperation. That will certainly help everyone involved, thanks for the advice!

They had the killer in less than a day, so…
The female cop frustrated me. Thank you for keeping these under a half hour. Some of my favorite channels really push it with the 45 minute - 1 hour videos.
Same here. It's a good length
I think it depends on the complexity of the case, some warrant a longer format.
I mean it’s a matter of preference, I adore the hour plus long videos when listening at work.
I’m glad there’s such a variety true crime channels aiming for different lengths.
Very well put together video and timeline. It's terrible that an elderly man was found murdered. My heartfelt condolences to his family and other loved ones. May they be able to find some sense of peace moving forward. I was glad to see that the murderer at least received a stiff sentence.
They always go to jail talking, telling another inmate what they did like they not gonna turn around & snitch on them😫😂
Exactly. Theyre out here sharing all the details with their inmates like their inmate is Vondell and they won't tell lol.
Trying to come off as a tough guy so they don't get messed with. Also to set the record straight that they didn't hurt a kid.
Inmate:“And she hit him with the hammer 36 times.” Narrator: “And that seemed to be the nail in the coffin for Taylor.” I know that wasn’t intentional but bruh 😂
i thought i was the only one who caught that LOL 🤣🤣
No nails in any coffins; she's getting out with decades more to live.
I can’t believe I didn’t pick up on that 😭
No way that was accidental, it’s all written out ahead of time for the narration. The key is the monotone delivery to slip it in. Lol. Dr Todd Grande has the same wit and delivery: “his parents were very unhappy with him; the dropping out of school, the constant pot smoking, the borrowing of money, and the murder………”

Depends how long you think it will take until she will be rehabilitated
The idea of parole is that humans can change. So it’s whether you believe that or not.

because she was offered a plea deal, the victim's family AGREED TO IT,
So therefore there is NO TRIAL and the death penalty gets taken off of the table etc etc etc

She brutally murdered an innocent old man over drug money and she gets 28 years parole. That's not justice. Don't know why his wife let that happen.
Clousure. When we watch these videos, time is compressed. Can you imagine dealing with this for what can take months and months to get through trial and conviction and appeals? It has to be a comfort to Bill’s family to know she admitted guilt, and can’t hurt anyone else outside those prison walls.

From the facts in the video, I agree. However it's possible that the prosecution had legal concerns (whether certain evidence would be valid in court or not) that we don't know about. Having the judge rule a key piece of evidence inadmissible can have "not guilty" become a serious possibility.
