Oh, this is hard! 🤔 I love the whole exercise! 😍 But if I were to pick one move ...that would be the leg raises, because they give me the ability to read while doing some workout. Maybe it could be an idea to do a video about "lazy workout" or workout that you could do while watching tv.
I BARELY got through this! 🥵 but this was my finisher for my lower body day, so that might be why! 😂 my muscles were already firing!

If you swap using the outer thigh to the leg in the floor it is an intense inner thigh workout, problem solved, although working out period is a good thing, it should be edited though. 🙏🏻♥️
