I made this today. I would personally do 3 things different. #1- I would knead some butter into the dough to make it more soft; #2- Would add more sugar; #3- Would definitely add more stuffing, I like it to be oozing out haha. Will try making this another time with those alterations :)

They're better listeners than ducks or geese as well (have kept them all in the past, will return to just chickens and quails in the future (though Guinea Fowl aren't too bad either) when I can. Those soft, beautiful creamy buns, brings me down memory lane, to a bakery near my house, where my mother used to buy hot tasty buns with coconut filling, coconut jam( kaya as the call it in Malaysia) filling and various other flavours.
