Love when he gets the giggles!
Thank you for this. Special thanks for the apt Björk reference.
I also love how Stephen repeatedly breaks throughout the segment 😂
Kind regards from Iceland.
Góðan daginn!
Why am I up at 3 am watching this
Because it’s been gone and we MISSED it!
Because you care ❤

Hello my friend, good evening
The kids love their grand parents enough to wait for them. The rest only matters to the kids
As a former STEM teacher, you have to find humor where you can.
Thanks, Steve.
I laughed way more at " Huh, I Guess Koalas Aren't Supposed To Go In The Freezer" than I should have. It's dark, but also hilarious.
Wait till he talks about Kristi not NORMal from South Dakota, killing her puppy and her goat at her gravel pit😱🤣. I suggest FBI needs to dig for human bones 🤔
I laughed, too. And sure, it's dark, but that's only because the light goes out when the door is shut.
I hope Stephen gets the giggles more often and leaves in more bloopers for the audience. We love to see Stephen having fun. We need more fun in our lives. Thank you Stephen. Be yourself and be silly! It's working for Seth Meyers. 😂❤
That was a damn funny segment. It takes a pro to attempt so much word play every show... then fumble a lame joke, laugh at his own mistake, and say screw it just keep going.
That impression that he did of Bjork was spot on...🧐
I love how much fun he's having
I love it when the writers crack him up 😄
"It's not worth going back!" Audience member responds with "Awww."
I was there for the taping. He had to redo the part about the alter magnets once and I still didn't understand what they're about. 😂
@@noxAlynor They are potentially a new kind of computer memory that utilizes the electrons spin instead of it's electric charge to store the 1's and 0's that make up computer software. Ferromagnets, they type that you can stick on your fridge, have properties that are good for this but when you scale them up to a lot of memory, there is noise that limits their performance due to the net magnetic field they have. Altermagnets have no net field but have the same properties for use in computer memory, but without the noise.
@@malavoy1 Appreciate, I work in IT so I have more understanding if you put it like that.
@@malavoy1 Well yeah, but then you pour some water on them and bam, they just stop working. 🎃
@@solvseus 🤣👏🏻
Oh my gosh the grunion runs!! I can’t stop laughing….😂
Stephen, you had the giggles and it was most excellent
It's not magnet science news without an ICP call-out.
So stereoscopic molecules have alternate magnetism?
Stephen cracking up will never get old. Reminds me of the good ole Munchma skit.
Inspired by the generous donor and proud Arab-American who donated to Colbert's fundraising campaign to support our veterans, Souk Madiq
I love you, Stephen!!!!! and the band too, really fun people all around.
Haven’t seen Stephen crack at so many jokes during one session. That was fun.
The teenage excuse for staying out late on the beach in San Diego, similar to the invitation to watch the underwater submarine races. The more practical folks brought buckets to scoop up the fish, clean , throw on the BBQ... knowing a bit of science is ALWAYS rewarding.!
That was me, plus it was always fun to watch the tourists try to comprehend this miracle of nature.
The Grunion Run on the west coast has been well known for decades. I remember seeing stories on it as a boy in the '60s in the Midwest...
OMG Stephen is on fire hahaha
You are a prime example of a sheep. Keep watching and posting this garbage. I bet you are PROUD
I think that's just the STIs.
This was the best Sound of Science ever, IMO.
This is perfect for trump... the longer you CLOWNS try to use Hollywood and the democratic legal political bias the more VOTES trump will get in the future. Even the CRAZY libs I know are turning to the right. This is an awesome service you nut jobs are doing for the GOP. EXCELLENT and keep up the great work libs!! Free campaign for the right events... awesome
@@FightingTorque411 you are awesome!! Your comments have no meaningful implications or effect. Tou are a classic example of the LEFTIST clown show. Fully exposed and quickly irrelevant no matter what you do. Irrelevant
I automatically smile at the Simon and Garfunkel pictures 😅
You need to look up Horrible Histories' Viking Simon & Garfunkel!
I think bumblebees are designed to go underwater because their burrows might get flooded.
Great thinking 😊
That makes total sense, thank you. But, it troubles me that scientists are killing bumblebees. We need all we can get! And how would they themselves like to be drowned? After a week of suffering?
I love Stephen bloopers!! Give us more bloopers, 🙏 please! 🙏 ❤❤
This episode had big "Closer Look/Corrections" vibes, what with Stephen getting the giggles, getting derailed, and a general air of chaotic anarchy.
Except that Stephen does not take corrections
In the 70s, we went grunion hunting at mudnight. You can't use flashlights nets or anything, you have to catch with your hands. Then, we'd have a huge fish fry. It was so fun. 😂
If Trump Senior has 5 kids by 3 wives and is traveling south at 50 mph, and Trump Junior has 5 kids by one wife and is traveling west at 40 mph, how many indictments until the 2 men meet in prison?
Magnets, because they forgot the water.
Oh, you’re back 🤮
Wanna get Merbees? 'Cause that's how you get Merbees.
What are merbees, because they sound like half fish, half bee.
Aren't jellyfish already kinda like Merbees
It's no Meanwhile... but that's just science.
I Guess you tube analytics showed Stephen that everyone skips the 1st minute of his meanwhiles anyways.
@@Wilem35 Yup. A lot of effort by him and writers for little payoff. I love this show, but do skip it now
@@courtney5796 LMAO I do also
I thought it was just a theory
*Best Bjork impression ever
Poor Stephen has a bad case of the giggles.
I love when writers get back from vacation 😂
😂❤❤ love when he stumbles and gets the giggles
Never thought there'd be a day where I'd think "Hey ICP might've had a point" but here we are.
Stephen missed the wave of Faygo Diet Root Beer... Having been around to witness the ICP origins, my question now is "what does a Grandpa Juggalo do"?
On bumblebees, the state of California does recognize endangered species as fish (so that they're better protected).
But, as QI will tell you, there is no such thing as a fish.
I love that chonky bumblebeeee
the alter magnets sound like a tilt a whirl ride where the whole thing spins, AND each compartment spins
Yes it was that funny. I was totally laughing - thinking about it when he 1st broke, seeing it coming 🎉

Modern man then continues to expand
But what happens when man creates something oh, so wrong?

of all the things you said in this segment the magnets made the most sense - maybe i should pull my head out of the manuals and get some fresh air
"The Sound of Science": A monster track from the Beastie Boys' epic Paul's Boutique.
👏
the app doesn't actually look for signs of STDs, it just counts the number of different accounts that upload pics of the same groin, and extrapolates.
🤣
Heck yeah, science
Not surprising that the author of "Koalas in the freezer" was Kristi Noem.
I love it when Stephen cracks up and can't continue!
Alta magnets - magnets in disguise
Thank you for the laughs😂❤
STIs DO NOT ALWAYS HAVE VISIBLE SYMPTOMS 🌈
So seriously!!!! This app is a menace and is practicing medicine without a license and should be removed from the market with a recall, refund, and massive apologies.
Grunion have been a California phenomenon forever. Great fried!
Excellent
The magnet part was actually interesting lol
There's a bakery here in Barcelona called 'Dickwaffle', and yes that's exactly what they sell.
OMFG! This may have been a potentially huge mistake but I had to look and wow! That was hilarious and so cool! Thanks for letting us know!
Thankfully it was the top of the suggestions and I didn't have to go through anything dubious to find! XD
Was the puppy killer conducting the drowned bee experiment???
For real. It sounds like animal torture to me, and native bumblebees are so valuable to our planet that it's genuinely upsetting to me as an organic gardener and someone who likes to eat a number of food items that can ONLY be grown with the help of bees.
This had been a perfect spot to include the Trump's Magnet Wisdom Clip...
Was just thinking the same thing XD
Yeah but... so nice to get a f'ing break from it all.
No one knows how a common person live anymore
only that it has led us to this faithful dream
The American Dream
LONG LIVE AMERICA!
Fly tredmills, drowning bees, and STD apps. What a time to be alive😂
Stephen Garfunkel looks vaguely like Will Ferrel
I was trying to figure out who else he was reminding me of. Yup.
Absolutely brilliant
Great Bjorn impression 🤣🤣🤣🤣

“Stable genius with uh-brain” Trump said magnets don’t work when wet.
I have known about “the grunion run” since an episode of Three’s Company” had it on. As usual it was a misunderstanding between… ahh who care about that, it was always about a misunderstanding between someone
They need to add "MAGNETS, how do they work?" to the end of the Sound of Science theme
Can someone tell that sociopath Kristy Noem that the bees aren’t considered pets?
The last time I went on the Grunion Run...I didn't know there was a dating site for cod.
Every time I hear about "grunion runs", it reminds me of a Three's Company episode where they are talking about going to one😀
3:08 😂😂😂 “…is it cake?”
Koalas don't go in the... I'LL BE RIGHT BACK!
EDIT: It's fine, Stephen Koala-bert is okay! He's just slightly chilled.
Me, a bee researcher, finding out about a new bee study from Stephen instead of at my job...
The Bjork/fish orgy jokes were great! 😂😂😂
Also, poor drowned bees 😟
Talk to your friend Neil deGrasse Tyson about these new magnets
To be fair, the koalas do have fur coats. So, you know, not entirely silly to wonder about the freezer thing.
Hello Stephen, hope all is well with you, you have to be inundated with material after the Pecker testimony, same problems here with my father and sister, this is my third time commenting it seems someone might be erasing my comments as they don’t stay on here,

Thanks!

My alter ego has an altermagnetic personality. 🤪
🔥🔥🔥🔥
It's never a story about magnets without Insane Clown Posse
Bjork and ICP!?!
Nice!.....
Whoop Whoop
Stephen, you're having a hard time keeping it together for this segment🤣🙃
I got your science!=I think that I figured out THE FLYING SAUCER !! Yeah how it works! There is huge magnets involved and springs and air pressure and an extending pole that helps it to tilt towards the sky but it can hover upwards too.
Lol
that was great!
Calmara the world's largest Cock and Beaver shot collection in the making.
Can you imagine the employment interview questions.
MAGNETS
HOW DO THEY F\(KING WORK???
Ask trump, he knows all about magnets and water.
Always love when they use ICP for any of the sketches lol
What did I just watch?! This whole thing was off tonight! LOL I forgive you, Stephen. 😂
He sounded just like Riff Raff @5:00
Like a man of steel
And if you complain o-uuuh-nce more/
You’ll meet an army of altermagnets with the grunion runs 🎵🥁
You guys missed an easy target with the joke about the koala book. The cover should've said *"Huh, I guess koalas aren't supposed to go in the freezer" by Kristi Noem* 😂
Professon 2-Dope 🤣🤣🤣 #downwiththeclown #icp
0:46 The hotter, the better.
2:30 I'm guessing that's something you wouldn't find in a frozen food aisle.
So miss the regular call out to Cancer research.
Chili fire is hardly the imagery I would expect to see for a "no problems here" call.
His Bjork impression sounded a bit like Werner Herzog.

This is exactly how long it took to get away from the Lorena Bobbitt joke.
going to see the grunion run used to be a field trip in my l.a. elementary school. twice, 2 different years 😅
OMG Trump farting while sleeping in the court .... :)
Don Snorleone in a Farternity :)
Oh, I get it now. When tRump was telling us that magnets didn't work in water, he must've been talking about these altermagnets.
You should totally link your sources. I want more ultra magnets, but not from Amazon 😂
Bumblebees are "not really designed to be underwater?" Well, it's always been my understanding they're not really designed to fly either. All my life I've heard they're aerodynamically unsound and it's a mystery how they stay aloft because they shouldn't be able to. Maybe that's been refuted by now but I haven't heard.
