My step-grandfather took a dislike to a cat (mind you, this was in the late 1930s) on his farm. He tried dropping it off in town-it was back the nest day. Other farms-nope, it came back. One day he had business in a town 100 miles away. He dropped the cat at the bank in that town. A week later, he gave up. Got up to find the cat sleeping in the rocker on the front porch.
I’m not vegan, but the other day I had a mushroom Philly that had some type of vegan cheese 🧀 in it. Whatever it was made of, it was creamy with great pull. Tasty too. I thought it was a dairy based cheese and was surprised to learn otherwise. Vegan cheeses have come a long way in the last 10 years. I plan on ordering the sandwich again.

Fast forward to today and there are SOOO many good vegan restaurants making everything from corn dogs to cheesesteaks that are legitimately delicious!

Plants make protein. Humans are frugivores and can't process animal amino acids. Vegans have MORE protein than carnists who are dying from diseases meat and dairy gives them.
I have not cared for any blue cheeses I've had, though I have heard that quite a diversity technically exists. Quality cheese is a real treat, bad cheese is a crime against humanity.

I had fake chicken nuggets made out of mushroom once. Almost as good as the real thing. I miss the pink slime though.
