Evogen has some of the best ISO flavors. I recommend Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich. It's different than cookies and cream.. and it taste way better. Oatmeal cookie is also great. I think the they announced today that a Tiramisu flavor will be released the next couple days.
Hello I really appreciate your videos! I definitely enjoy your very informative and also give multiple ratings. Definitely subscribed. Anyway I was curious what your personal “ rotation “ or most used protein powders were for your lifestyle!
As you can imagine I accumulate quite a few different flavors / types / brands of protein powder. In general I will consume 2-4 scoops of protein powder per day (depending on the day). I try to rotate Vegan Proteins in there several times per week but mostly Whey / Isolate. I try to consume around 175-200 grams of protein per day but only 25-50% I get from powders the rest would be whole food sources.
I tried Evogen two weeks ago. It caused me a constipation, the first time this has happened to me I needed few day to heal. I tried another protein from another brand. It’s ok .
Apple Cider Donut is a whey protein as opposed to Banana Pancake which is plant based. I would say the whey proteins normally taste better but I really like rotating vegan proteins in the mix.
