I just saw a text and they both are honest with what they say.
I try a lot of protein
from ON, MP, GNC, BPI Sports, etc and all of them are good
but some are hart to mix with water, other does not taste good , then i try ISOLATE 100 and DYMTIZE and i really love
DYMATIZE ISO 100, is more expensive thats why i buy them on holidays when the have deal lol
Does it taste good?
@@yonathanandrewpardede4538 Yes, and they have two new flavors Cocoa pebbles and Fruity pebbles, i like Cookies and cream, Smooth banana and Gourmet chocolate, they have like 12 different flavor, i have not try the new two flavor but i hear they taste good.
@@eddied1817 but can it help me in my weight loss program?
@@yonathanandrewpardede4538 i don't know, but for people who want to gain only muscle this protein is great because is clean
110 calories per serving, 25g of protein, 5.5g BCAAS, 1g sugar.
@@yonathanandrewpardede4538 yes it will ✅
All of dymatizes flavours are great but allmax isoflex is still king when it comes to price ingredients and macros.
Allmax isolfex is a waste of money, false marketing i was using it for a long time and it had no benefits. I switched to gold standard i feel a massive change in my muscle growth strength and performance
Allmax was caught amino spiking their product a few years ago.
I just bought my first protein powder and I chose the Dymatize ISO 100 because I am diabetic and this is the only one with less than 1 carb or sugars (Vinilla flavor) and I found it for .75c per scoop cheapest I could find.
I got sick of flavored proteins. I started using unflavored a few years ago, and have never looked back.
ISO 100 hands down !! it is best I ever tried. I am lactose sensitive and literally stopped taking protein drink as it was causing bloating. With ISO 100 I don't get bloated.
Use lactaid pills
Same with me. I was having digestive issues until I switched to ISO 100. I tried lactase pills at first to counteract the dairy but why buy 2 products when you can just get the ISO 100.
Which flvr ?
@@asadali7777-e8y Though flavour is subjective as everyone has different taste bud, If you like something very sweet Orange dreamsicle, Birthday cake are way to go ! I perfect chocolate, fudge brownie, cocoa pebbles. I am chocolate guy !!!
you can try myprotein isolate is great for stomach pain
I'm looking for a whey isolate without the fake sugars.
Same
Look up Jay Robb's protein
Nutrabio Grass Fed Whey Isolate
Thumbs up. Starting to gym in a week, do I need protien at all? Or should I start from the word go?
You don’t need protein powder if you’re just starting. Just practice proper form and eat healthy. I think it is a waste if you’re just starting imho
Drink organic plant protein
this video was super helpful. I'm glad I found this, thx.
Switched from dymatize iso 100 to gold standard just because I like the watery taste. Doesn’t make me sick at all
I couldn’t decide so I buy both. Glad for this comparison.
ON.
Great video! Well said!
I use ISO to break my fast. I do cardio in a fasted state, and 1 hour prior to weights I drink my overnight oats. I do 2 scoops of ISO with a 1/2 of cup of rolled oats (old fashioned), 1 Tbsp of Chia seeds, 8oz of water and 8oz of coffee. IT'S SO GOOD!
Which flavour is the best
@@youssefalami844 I like the Brownie and Chocolate
The Glock vs Sig of proteins
I’ve always preferred Dymatize myself, taste, mixability and recovery.
I first started with whey gold standard but now i use iso 100 they are both good but I don’t know people recommend me iso 100 & stayed with it since
Which protein should I grab? Not sure… I want to gain weight and muscle so I’m leaning toward getting the extra calories in with the concentrate. Pls let me know if I should grab isolate or concentrate
@@marco7838 if you want more weight you can get weight gainer its like 60 grams of protein & iso is just processed more so its a little more expensive
@@marco7838 ive been on iso its preference they all get the job done just depends how it makes you feel & if it gives you stomach aches
Love the vid, just stopping by to hit 700 comments!!!🎉
Always used ON, if you use one scoop with water is kinda meh, but i take 4 scoop a day, 2 scoop with water is really good.
Nice one , Subscribed. Please keep'em coming....
Sir for someone allergic to lactose wich best to take hydro whey optimum or iso100 dymatize. Thank you
Thanks for the info
Im just a starter at whey. Should i use gold standart whey or platinum whey?
ON gave me bloated gut and heart racing immediately. Did some research and it could be the sweetener which causes allergic reaction. Switched to ISO 100 and felt much better.
On sucks man I get bloated stomach each time ...
@@martinbrankov8504 drink more water atleast 3 liters
Abdul wallai pfff 3 litters I don’t know about that but 2,5 definitely is manageable! If I drink ON it with water not milk it’s easier on the gut.
Get plant based protein
I went with OP this year , the have the natural flavors version for the gold standart.
Does unflavoured version of gold standard also contains acesulfame potassium?
Great vid as always. Thanks.
Mine is Hydrolysed (Whey protein).
But please help me answer this question; What's the main difference between collagen and protein supplements? Do i have to, and can I take both supplements together? Do collagen and protein supplements provide different (health) benefits or they're the same? Can I get type one and the various types of collagen by taking only Whey (protein) supplements??
I literally love both and buy both.
A few years ago I started getting an upset stomach about 20 minutes after drinking ON Gold Standard mixed with water. I switched to ISO 100 and the problem stopped. I think I became lactose intolerant at some point like most people eventually do.
I'm lactose intolerant and I have IBS as well so according to your experience should I purchase the Dymatize isolate?
I have Crohn's disease in remission and whey isolates are all I can tolerate. So I would say yes if you can afford it. Most of the ISO 100 flavors are the best I've tried. @@caty2120
Can you also review Dymatize Elite 100% whey protein vs Dymatize ISO 100 and also Syntha-6 Edge? All Chocolate flavours. Thank you.
ISO 100 is alitte more!💴 but I believe it’s worth the money! It tastes so good! I bought vanilla to add peanut butter! ! I tried six star! It’s not bad! I tried organic protein powder! It didn’t mix great
saw a short recently suggesting that hydrolized is used to burn more and is not as good as isolate for building muscle which did not make snese to me. If it absorbs faster it'll ultimately burn less consuming it and should go into muscle faster.
Curious as to whether ON hydrowhey has the same digestive enzymes added. Case advertises bcaa's on both. Ordered vanilla, they only had 2 flavors available. Would prefer peanut butter or the newer mocha.
Very well explained 👍🏼
Which one of these is best for weightloss???
ISO100
Great info guys! 🙌
I’ve been taking Optimum for a while but just ordered my first Dymatise in the chocolate peanut butter flavor. In my real, non keto life, chocolate peanut butter is my favorite!
I usually blend the Optimum with low carb almond milk in my morning coffee. The other way I way I eat is in low carb pure Greek yogurt. I wonder if that helps with digesting the protein since it has lots of great enzymes?
Cheers!
The dymatized was shit ah?
@@megakid510 no it is better
i use iso in my oatmeal in the morning, especially since im going to the gym right after, than i use gold standard in my shake i have for lunch
I was just thinking about buying both and was unsure how to use which one at what time. Might do what you do!
