Thanks for reaching out! There are a few questions that go along with your question :) email us on hello@fatburnersonly.com.au so we can give you all the info you need to get started
You should be eating 4-5 times a day.. very evenly distributed and equal getting in a good mix of proteins, carbs, and fats in the proper amounts plus excess calorie needs. If you do this there will seldom be a time of day where you aren’t properly anabolising more muscle then you are catabolizing at the highest effective rate. The only expections are before bed and following a workout. The reasons being that night time is your longest period not getting in more protein thus long digesting proteins like in casein matter more. If your workout is really long and really hard, you end it totally depleted, then isolate matters more cause there is a chance that the protein levels in your body took a significant dip by being used more for energy during the workout. This is only the case if your workout is that energy demanding like if you did 40 minutes of cardio during your workout. At every other time of day... so long as you eat regularly, the protien from egg whites, meats, standard.whey, plants, and dairy works just fine and it is your preference. Personally the only one I tend to use at a specific time it casein before bed. When I wake I do 5 miles cardio and then eat some quality protien since whatever I had left will have burnt up by then. The lifting on its own burns such low calories relative to the cardio that I don’t even bother eating until about noon.
@@robertdicke7249 damn what a long explanation but really helpful, thanks 😊 I need to step it up I only do 3 miles lol but yea usually I would eat a turkey sandwich for breakfast so basically if I do the cardio and then I eat it replenishes the protein. That makes so much more sense now, once again thanks , also have a good day :)
Hi Yeaolon, thank you for your comment. Great question. If you are looking to get a protein supplement to consume prior to a workout. A shake with carbohydrates will be ideal so your body will use that as a source of energy. I would love to have a chat with you regarding your overall supplementation routine to workout what protein specifically will suit you if you are looking for one to consume before workout. There are many ways we can go about this. Hey there, I'd recommend the whey solate as this will be the easiest to digest as well as lowest in carbs and fats :) They will all be fine however. I'd look at getting products like bergamot to manage the Cholesterol levels www.fatburnersonly.com.au/herbs-of-gold/bergamot-cholesterol-care-herbs-of-gold.html
Of the three on the table, which do you recommend for someone looking to pack on lean muscle. Maintaining mass but leaning out. 6' 225lbs... might want to settle in at 215lbs.

Hiya man , thanks for this sharing ❤️ But im still confused that which protein should I use it . I am 108 kg , I want to lose fat but I don’t want to lose muscle please when you get chance reply me which protein powder is good for me . Thanks
Thanks for your comment! The Casein option is really great for a pre-bed time snack, as it helps keep you fuller for longer, and is a great dessert replacement. The leanest one to have would be the Isolate, this can be used in smoothies/oats for breakfast, or just with water post-workout or as a snack! If you have any other questions please email us at hello@fatburnersonly.com.au :)

Ideally, you want a bit of both. Hydrolysed whey isolates usually have whey isolates in there so that would be my choice. If you're working out for 2hr+ definitely recommend an EAA to prevent muscle loss during your workout!
Is the one on the left (isolate) an Whey protein aswell? I’m asking because I’m getting signed up on the gym. And they recommended me getting an Isolate Protein.
Hi Jean, the one on the left (red label) is a whey blend - it contains whey isolate, whey concentrate and whey peptides. The one in the middle (gold label) is a whey isolate :)
Hi there, thank you for your comment. All 3 of these proteins will help aid you in losing fat however the best protein to help you reach your goals is the whey Isolate :) We also stock Fatburning whey Isolate protiens if you are interested! Hi.. I am 34 yrs, 85kgs and have been trying to lose weight for a long time. Please which is the best for weight-loss and tummy reduction, In will really appreciate yout advice.. God bless
Hi. Appreciate for your good video. I have just bought a Isolate-whey (chocolate) .. but I wonder why it's taste more sweet than gold standard . Normally I use chocolate gold standard . Did I buy the fake product ?? Thank you.
Thanks for your comment! As each protein can use different flavour ingredients and are different sorts of protein blends - the taste can differ between products. Definitely not a fake product! :)
Hi there, thank you for your comment. Great question :) Essentially all 3 protein type options will help with weight gain - it will depend on what you eat/do around your protein shakes/times which will get you closer to your goal of putting on weight. Ideally, you would only want to put on lean mass which will be lean muscle. In the process of acheiveing that goal you will put on some body fat but that is ok because with the right supplementation and program you can shape your body how you would like :) Feel free to contact us on 08 6371 1994 or email us on hello@fatburnersonly.com.au if you would like to discuss your fitness goals further :) Thank you, David
Eat 6 eggs for 32 grams of protein and let's not leave out the wonders of choline that eggs have. Oh and eat a steak 🥩😋 There's nothing wrong with supplemental protein in my opinion though.
@@chillingdog4139 i used to eat 6 eggs every morning. nothing ever happened. if so can you find the article or source you heard this from? ill try to look myself
Hi Amish, so sorry we're not sure where you can source products in the UK, however, if you find anything you like on our website, we can organise to have it shipped to you. www.fatburnersonly.com.au/ hello@fatburnersonly.com.au
Yes certainly :) The main difference between whey isolate and concentrate is that whey isolate undergoes more processing, which results in a higher protein content with less carbs, lactose and fat. But the isolate is best after your work out and the Whey anytime through out the day :)
Im 17, and I weigh in about 125-130 lbs and I am about 5' 10" so I am underweight by government standards. I workout very frequently, usually 2-4 hours a day with about half being high intensity. Im looking to gain more muscle but it seems to be impossible. What type of protein should I be using if any.
I've got a question for you and everyone in this comment section. Are any of you familiar with Jym Supplement Science? I tried their protein and woke up with a debilitating stomach ache.
I’ve always struggled to gain weight and I’ve been working a very physically demanding job. Should I be taking whey during the day and casein at bedtime? Also can I double up on them or should I limit how much I take?
Hey Bittz, If you are struggling to gain weight I'd recommend taking a gainer! Take this a couple times a day and you'll be gaining weight super quick!
So ideally I should be using the isolate one on the left after a workout but which one should I use before, the concentrate since it’s 2hr digestion nd could be a could drunk to go with a pre workout meal Or just use the isolate after nd that’s it ??
Thanks for your comment. We would suggest using the WPI (on left) after training and you'd be better off doing the concentrate in the evenings. Having the concentrate before training may make you feel too full to workout.

Casein is a great snack to have to help you stay full at night time! However if weight loss is your goal please give us an email at hello@fatburnersonly.comau and we will be happy to help advise! :)
It is all personal preference. The Isolate is lower in calories and ideal for immediately post-workout. Casein could be a good option for before bed or breakfast, as it keeps you fuller for longer and is slow digesting :)
Thanks for your comment! Hi so I'm a 15 year old weighing about 70kg and with height of 184cm so I'm average weight for my size. I don't know whether I should use s weight gainer to make building muscle mass easier or just use creatine or protein
Hi Rhazion, thanks for reaching out :) it's great you are keen to get into the gym at a young age :D We normally recommend minimal supps until after 17 while you're still growing and developing, however a basic protein could be beneficial. Bodyscience has a range of hasta certified products which are guaranteed banned substance free. Their product Nitrovol Lean Muscle is a good clean gainer with some added creatine which would be a perfect place for you to start. Good luck with the gains champion!
Started buying concentrated protein because protein getting expensive. I think the average guy that goes to gym probably doesn't make much of a difference if there eating right.
Hi Cameron, yes protein powders are needed to supplement if you arent getting your required protein in your daily food intake :) However most people enjoy them as a post workout snack to help with recovery!
I am 16 years old and i workout for basketball I workout about 3 or 4 hours before I go to sleep and sleep for about 8-10 hours. Which protein do you recommend?
Hey Joaquin, If you could please send us an email to hello@fatburnersonly.com.au so we can ask a few more questions to make the best suited recommendation for you? :)
I’m paraplegic in wheelchair. Been told casein isn’t good for us cause our digestive is way slow anyways already. Anyone know facts on this? Also I take isolate and working great but some reason it isn’t anymore. Idk why. Thanks
Hey Rocky, you are more than likely correct in regards to the casein protein as your digestive system would definitely be slower. What isn't working great for you with the Isolate anymore?
Hi Reverent, thank you for your comment! Great question... I think this is one we need to ask Gold standard directly haha! To my understanding a lot of brands have 100% in their product names to show the purity of the source of protein, So for example it is 100% whey and not collagen.... however, an easy misunderstanding is that we think that one whole serve has 100% protein which for whey proteins is impossible! If we can help you in any other way in regards to your fitness goals please let us know! Thank you, David Email: hello@fatburnersonly.com.au Phone: 08 6371 1994
Coming from someone who went trough a -40kg journey (not thanks to protein whey just lifestyle changes) but right now I’m still working out at home and I 100% can recommend Isolate the most. It’s the one I use. The only other one I’m thinking of eventually buying is casein to have before sleeping

For sleep use casein since it’s slower and better for sleep recovery
It definitely does depend on your goals, however casein custard is most commonly used for its slow sustained release supply of Essential Amino Acids to your muscles during sleep :) I hope this helps! Please feel free to reach out via email (hello@fatburnersonly.com.au) if you have any further questions :)

Hi Steven, thanks for your comment! Isolate is great to aid in weight-loss as it is a lean protein source, a concentrate would also be good as it will keep you fuller for longer :)

Thanks for reaching out! There are a few questions that go along with your question :) email us on hello@fatburnersonly.com.au so we can give you all the info you need to get started
What would be a good protein to take before the workout then?
@@robertdicke7249 damn what a long explanation but really helpful, thanks 😊
I need to step it up I only do 3 miles lol but yea usually I would eat a turkey sandwich for breakfast so basically if I do the cardio and then I eat it replenishes the protein. That makes so much more sense now, once again thanks , also have a good day :)

I workout and I am cut but I need to gain weight
What do you recommend for weight mass?
Hi there, thank you for your comment.
Great question :) Essentially all 3 protein type options will help with weight gain - it will depend on what you eat/do around your protein shakes/times which will get you closer to your goal of putting on weight. Ideally, you would only want to put on lean mass which will be lean muscle. In the process of acheiveing that goal you will put on some body fat but that is ok because with the right supplementation and program you can shape your body how you would like :)

Is it also possible to use both (whey proteine and isolate) on one day?
Yes certainly :)
The main difference between whey isolate and concentrate is that whey isolate undergoes more processing, which results in a higher protein content with less carbs, lactose and fat. But the isolate is best after your work out and the Whey anytime through out the day :)

Creatine benefits:
- Pharmaceutical Grade
- Vegan Friendly
- Gluten Free
- Improved physical performance
- Accelerates muscle growth
- Increased production of ATP in the muscle cells
- Improved brain function
- One of the safest and clinically tested supplements on the market
Pure Creatine will help to pack more ATP into the muscles and allow you to train longer
and harder. This will cause more muscle hypertrophy and higher performance whilst training.
Creatine is perfect when combined with Glutamine
L-Glutamine is the most common amino acid found in your muscles and body. Glutamine aids in recovery, reduces post-workout pain, enhances lean muscle growth, and reduces the risk of injury. Additionally, Glutamine is essential for the immune and digestive systems ATP Science L-Glutamine is vegan and naturally fermented and is also free of sugar, gluten and GMO’s. Amazing results, good value, tasteless, and easy to take! It's easy to see why this Glutamine is Arnold Schwarzenegger's (and Paul's) favourite supplement!
