Most people don't use the metal ball in a shaker? That's new lol I also always use Milk, I use 16 ounces and that's 20g of protein on top of the 48g (2 scoops) of protein totaling 64g.
I bought this protein at GNC thinking I was getting 5 lb for 75.00 , after opening it and drinking one scoop I read the container realizing it was only 4.65 lbs I went on line and found different favors have different lbs ...... cookies & cream has 4.65 lb less servings, chocolate mint 4.94, strawberries & cream 4.99 So, watch out for paying the same money for less . What a rip off , just because they change the favor they give less servings ? Don't pay the same for less, look for 5 lbs

This protein is only 80 percent protein. 20 percent fillers and things that make it mix easier. See the reviews before just taking a sellers word on what to buy. Don’t sell anything just a gym rat that got duped on a couple jars of protein. Do your homework before buying or not. This was my findings. Want the best not some hyped up want to be. There are better proteins out there. Some actually add amino acids and bcca’s. nobody see’s the best if they just follow adds.

@@Crowlo17 well, some time later: I'm already done with it and I did gain a reasonable amount of muscle and weight during this time - I now don't really care tbh, it seems like a good protein, and mine had 98% of whey in it, I looked at some other options and many of them seem to be 82%, 88% 92% etc, so I feel like gold standard is actually pretty good

@@JuJu_66 Yes, I have bought mine last week and so far im satisfied from all aspects. It tastes great too. Make sure you eat enough food though and stay hydrated and sleep good to maximize the gains.

Optimum whey- I didn't build any muscle.. I took out about 10 boxes of 2.2 kg.. no muscle.. I don't eat sugar, I eat normally, without the protein I would have gained more muscle.. this is a huge business.. it didn't affect me, just wasted money.. big it might be disappointing, it works with steroids.. but thanks, I'd rather stay healthy..
for any one reading, the double chocolate is more popular because its not using flavoring that you have to assume is safe; its using double cocoa in the whey products, i was searching for specific protein and this was my 2nd choice since the first one is almost double in price. (im tempted to try the other flavors though, just not now)

Try just eating peanut butter by itself if u bloat then maybe its that. Vise versa with the protein powders
