Same I ordered some but I'm crocheting a project for my friend cause were doing a secret Santa and they haven't arrived so might as well just see them on.
The best eye turorial ever .... u really helped me ... the instructions were very clear But it was a bit fast for a beginner but i put it in slow motion 👍
Exactly what I needed!im 13 and i want to start crotcheting plushies and what not and I don’t feel like going through all the work to glue safety eyes and stuff plus a soft plushie is awesome
I used this technique to do the black parts of a soccer ball ! 😂 They're soooooo badly placed but it's kinda cute so it doesn't matter 😂😂 Anyways, thanks for this tutorial 😊
@@themakefairy i know this is very late, but i found your video helpful and your bear is super cute! did you ever get around to writing down the pattern?
@@james__anna_burns4885 Hello I moved cities so I never got a chance to! But I remember following this channel’s pattern tutorial: For the head - ua-cam.com/video/cOxn5oMwhkg/v-deo.html For the body - ua-cam.com/video/gDEERuAJy3I/v-deo.html (I think I skipped 1-2 rounds for the arms to make them slightly shorter) Hope this helps!
Hi someone asked the same question before, here’s my solution: string a piece of black yarn, find an entry point behind the head, and then move your needle to where you originally wanted the eyes. Pull the yarn until it just disappears into the head, embroider the eye while holding the yarn in place after each stitch. On your final stitch, pull the yarn back out through the head and cut the remainder yarn

Just what I was looking for, since I don’t have safety eyes. Thanks!
I’m glad it was helpful:)
I don’t have safety eyes either and every tutorial for plushies uses them! This was so easy and helpful! Thank you!
Sameee i looked for them everywhere but I couldn’t find any so that’s a lifesaver
Yep. Exactly what I wanted

Wow, what I was doing before was stupid and complicated. I can't thank you enough. This sped up my process so much!
A million thanks!!! I've been struggling with the embroidered eyes but your tutorial was helpful!

Thank you for this😭
it's more safer than the actual safety eye haha Thank You, I don't need to spend more money for safety eyes🙏
Do you have the pattern for the white bear? It’s adorable and I’d love to make it myself!
It’s written somewhere and looks like chicken scratch lol. I’ll try to upload a pattern tutorial 👍🏻

I didn't have a darning needle. So I made one from a loose wire. It's kind of effy but it's stitching the eyes!
Ty I have the safety eyes but I I lost the things to secure it

Then how to make the doll?
Hopefully I can do this ! My eyes make them look evil half the time 😂😢
Hi I know this is an older video but can u make one on how u did the nose? It's really cute!
Sure thing. I’ll have something up this week or next (will most likely be a short). Stay tuned :)
@@themakefairy yay thank u!
Хороший медвежонок.

Obrigada! Precisava disso ❤
Thank you🧶
Can I still do this if the head is already done and stuffed?
Yeah definitely. It might be a bit harder I guess but I’m sure there are other tutorials to help out

@@themakefairy thanks! I did manage to do it and it turned out pretty cute
Im using 6mm wool, should I use 10mm black wool instead?
I think either one should work! With a thicker yarn, you probably just need a couple less loop arounds
Do you have a pattern for the mouth?
Yes I do! Please check the most recent video that I uploaded.
@@themakefairy thank you ❤️
Thank you!!!
is this still achievable with velvet yarn ?
I would think so! If the yarn is thicker, you probably won’t need to circle it around as many times
This is an easy way. Why didn’t I see it since ?
How can someone have this many eyelashes in their eye??
