Squish it so that when you cut the string the end will get sucked into the form. That way you don't have that unsightly discoloring at the spot where it was sitting.

Thanks so much for this. I was having a terrible time with sewn eyes and just couldn't get them right. For small children's toys I don't like the safety eyes because they will work their way out. I like the sewn the eyes.

Most probably it doesn't come out. As it's secure inside the polyfill. If you want you can definitely tie the thread.

You can use embroidery thread or just use the yarn which you are using for your Amigurumi.

I have used Acrylic yarn of medium weight. It's Red heart super saver yarn.

@@chingbiaklian4537 The exact color for Head is Peach color it's either in Red Heart Super Saver yarns or Loops and Threads yarn. Sometimes Michaels has a Craft Smart yarn which I love the most. But they are all acrylic yarns of medium weight.
