I just wanted to say thanks for this video focusing on fingers and wrists. I've included it in a round-up post on my fiber arts blog to share with my audience - keeping our hands and wrists healthy is key!
Hi! I started watching your videos about a week ago for recovery from my broken wrist. I watch 7 of your videos as my daily routine and I watch this hand yoga video at the end of the routine. Very helpful,. Thank you very much.
I love this! I broke my wrist very badly a bit over two months ago and while I have pretty good range of motion now I still don't have the movement I had previously on the broken wrist. This, and your other exercises, are helping a LOT and are much more comprehensive than what my physiotherapist gave me. Thank you!
Fabulous or better. No, seriously! Thanks ever so much for your knowledge and grace and sharing them. You will be a gift that keeps on giving--promise.
Well done Michelle. Great presentation. I will try these exercises out. I’ve been doing yoga for many years. The benefits cannot be understated. Thanks for your work here once again.
THANK YOU! I'm healing two broken fingers and doing this video alongside one of your other finger-wrist videos has been super helpful. Making this a twice a day routine. So grateful for calm and gentle guidance.
Thank you for this hand yoga video. My fingers feel warm when I finish and my hands are tired. I’m recovering from a wrist fracture and this is the perfect ending to my daily routine. It is so wonderful that you do the complete workout with us. I’d gladly watch another yoga video. Can you recommend any more advanced videos for gaining additional wrist mobility and strength. I’m doing two of yours - are there anymore? Thank you so very much for your patience.
Yes, please Michelle. I would really like to participate in more of your hand Yoga. Before I broke my arm in late November, 2021 I had a regular Yoga practice. I miss it. And would love to have the confidence to return to class. Thank you. ps I'm following along with 'Finger + Wrist exercises: Beginner' and 'Top 5 Wrist Flexion after a fracture.' All three are very beneficial....I'm typing! pps I have subscribed. Cheers, Margot
4 months post fracture - 6wks cast/no op. Full motion gained and already doing 10 elevated/angled push-ups (against a bench, chair, sideboard, step-up etc) and TRX. I did not do any physio, as I did a lot of finger and hand exercises in-cast and the lady showed me what I was already doing, so I omitted expensive physio. I just used my hand as I did before the fracture - as good as I could - and everyday use made it better. There were some swellings here and there, some pain here and there, I never took any pain killers or creams, as I am a firm believer, pain will show you when you've done too much - and to give it a rest. Same for working out, I never pushed it over the pain threshold but made sure I worked out to threshold. About a month ago, all pain, all swelling went from one day to the next - I just woke up with a perfect wrist again (btw.I'm 52).
Hello thanks a lot for your excellent exercises for my broken wrist last December. I have been doing these wrist, fingers and forearm exercises. They help me a lot. I have been practicing yoga mostly everyday for about 4 years. I am 68 years old. I wonder when I could start practicing yoga again and which asanas or poses I should avoid to protect my wrist. Do you know where I can find information about it or a site with yoga after a broken wrist ? Thank You very much !
Thank you for all your vireos. I am doing better since I started with your videos, I just bought the turmeric and ginger gummies you reviewed. I hope it will also help with my overall health and the inflammation and stiffens :)
Hi these exercises are very relaxing and your lovely voice is very calming and sweet, I have added this video to my exercise list, love the way you speak.
I love this hand yoga! my hand is much more relaxed. I've got 20 exercises to do. I broke my wrist and then cast was removed 4/11/22. I like the video that explains the 5 mistakes to avoid, and the exercises to regain flexibility. It's easier to do it with you because then I don't go too fast! Thanks so much!
You are welcome! There definitely are a lot of exercises when you break a wrist...fingers, thumb, wrist, forearm...sending you strength on your recovery journey! 🙏
Thank you for this hand exercise 🖐🤚I have done this with you twice today and I will repeat more, my fingers get stiff and overlap while I’m cutting vegetables or stitching, it’s very painful to try and undo them! Hopefully I get the benefit. What is the cause? Is it a vitamins deficiency?
This was just perfect after over doing it yesterday 😳yes would definitely like more yoga style videos they would be perfect to link on the end of hands free yoga practice that I have been doing since wrist fracture x🙏🏻x

Super exercise for stiff fingers. Immediately stiffness is removed from fingers. This is superior exercise above all.
