Hey everyone! If you live in New York and want me to tour your apartment & tell your story, send me a message on instagram - instagram.com/iamcashjordan
Why am I so obsessed with watching your videos? I am poor, live nowhere near New York, boggle at what you all see as acceptable for rent prices, and the size of the apartments blow my mind. Yet here I am falling asleep to your videos every night or watching you with my morning coffee....
You're not the only one that's not from NYC and watches his videos. I live in California and actually I started watching because I saw my husband watching one of his videos like 2 years ago and I wanted to see more, lol.
I'm 57 and live within 30 miles of the place I grew up in East Tennessee. I've never even been to NYC but I love these videos. I do hope to visit one day and when I do, I'll know a little bit about the city that I wouldn't have known without Cash.
I’m in NY and I don’t like these rent/condo prices. I live in a outer borough so it’s cheaper than the NYC borough. But I’m nosey and I love these videos too! The way he shows off the neighborhoods I really appreciate. The possibilities are awesome. Lol
Out of all the ultra-expensive ones you've shown, THIS one stole my heart! I LOVE this apartment. It's so warm and inviting. Fantastic outdoor space. Beautiful finishes yet not overdone. The windows opening like that terrified me, ngl, but at least it's not a measly couple inches. I'd figure out some safety precautions! Just incredible.
This is a total fantasy apartment. Can’t afford it at that price, nor the high condo fees, but a lady can dream! Love the blond woodwork on the walls. The kitchen totally rocks!
Normally I feel like modern apartments are cold and like museums and couldn’t picture myself living there but this place is one I could see myself being comfortable in.
Cash, at the rate you're adding subscribers, you'll be movin' on up, to a 5 terrace place, before you know it. I see you're now adding about 10,000 subscribers a week. Phenomenal.
Jamin is a breath of fresh air in a sea of male model agents in tight suits and loafers without socks. I enjoyed seeing the use of natural wood in this unit.
I can't even imagine the life that goes with an apartment like this. I assume that you would travel the world and stop in a few times a year; say Christmas in New York, then off to Greece for the first of the year.
Yes, some of these ridiculously expensive places are pretty tasteless but this was beautifully done. However even if I had the money my vertigo wouldn’t let me live there. The balcony sides look way too low even if I could pluck up the courage to stand out there🤣
This is one of the best places i have ever seen on this channel, or anywhere I should say! This home is absolutely stunning. I LOVE all of the windows and terraces! Cleaning just the windows would probably take a month... and as soon as you were done, you would have to start all over again!
It's a whole other world! After watching this I feel that I'm living in abject poverty in a slum! It's really stunning and the warm honey coloured glow from the wood saves it from looking cold and clinical. I can't fault it. Thanks guys.
I consider myself very particular, and this apartment is by far the best and nicest apartment that ever hit this channel. I can't find one flaw for this place. The attention to detail is far above most apartment in NYC. It looks comfortable and homey, but also very elegant. Whoever lands this apartment is going to be one very lucky person.
I checked this out years ago. The flaw I saw was the lack of parking, which isn't really a problem for this tier of wealth. Their chauffeur will sort the car out for them.
@@tigergreg8 ah, they usually still have chauffers so you have a car parked or circling near you all the time. Ubers can take too much waiting time during peak hours.
This is amazing. The wood is perfect and the kitchen is so comfortable! Also, I'd like to hear how they do a showing to a serious buyer. I assume it would be different? (but, if I ever win a big lottery and am in the market for this, I want my showing to be just like this video).
It’s cute that Cash thinks someone really lives there instead of hiding their money right under our noses, or actually, over our noses. Everyone in NYC knows those apartments in the buildings on 57th Street (Billionaire’s Row) are where the billionaires hide their money, they literally DON’T LIVE THERE!
I love how sunny this whole apartment is but it’s a little too much wood for me. I absolutely love that laundry can be done in the walk in closet! I just hope to have laundry machines on the same floor as the bedrooms some day lol. What a dream but I wonder what other amenities are in the building?
I was waiting for the helipad on the roof. Thanks for the look at how the 1% live. When you opened that window to nowhere my acrophobia kicked in. 😂 Thank you for showing us this amazing home.

You might go down once or twice a week to eat in a swanky restaurant down the block, and the rest of the time your personal chef would be fixing meals or your personal assistant would be doing the 'take-out' run. I want to know all the behind the scene details. Like what happens if there is a fire? Or a power outage? Are there stairs just in case? Where do you get the firewood and are there really chimney sweeps in NYC? Just walking around it is a work out. Would love to see the view after dark...
Luxury buildings usually have 100% backup power, not so luxury ones have backup for the common areas. So elevators & hallway lights theoretical shouldn't ever die. As for fire, the fire exits usually provide isolation between floors & between the landing & the stairs. Sprinklers & fire extinguishers should do the job on the affected floor - unless a plane crashes into the building, or a bomb goes off that affects the integrity of the doors/walls that isolate each floor. Very nice! I could be QUITE comfortable there! Now, I just need to find $16M to buy it... Did anyone else feel a Frank Lloyd Wright influence going on here with the interiors? In fact, this design reminded me a lot of Wright's Mrs. Clinton Walker's House in Carmel-By-The-Sea, California. Although this space is 1000x's larger than that house. Heck! I just love looking at places like that, and tbh, I think this is, to me, the nicest million(s) dollar place you've shown, that I've seen. Just those walls done with "pillowed maple", which I've never heard of before, really gave it not only a very rich feel, but it seemed warm, inviting and comfortable, too. All those windows, all those heating/air conditioning boxes under the windows. And the onyx (stone) in that one shower was so gorgeous!! I was really overwhelmed by the place. I'm sure someone with architecture or design experience would be able to come up with things that weren't great about it, but the only think that comes to my mind is I would never want to get too close to the railings on the terraces! "It doesn't feel too high where it's all scary and..." what? I was having heart palpitations watching this. This apartment is absolutely beautiful but that is much too high. I could never live higher than the 20th floor. I am watching this, and I am not even there, and I can feel a magnetic energy pulling me over the railings. Haha. Plus, I would be too afraid of my cat jumping over the edge. They should make the terraces into screened in porches or something.
I'm so glad I subscribed to your channel! Not only are you hilarious in your commentary on the properties you show us, but you're also very informative on what's currently going on with the rental properties in NY. I reside in Ohio, and I pay $900 for a 2-bdrm duplex (first floor that I can enter & exit from) with a HUGE backyard, 2 car garage, on a quiet cul-de-sac street in a great neighborhood. I can not imagine paying the rent prices in NY that you post! I'd love to visit NY one day soon, but I most definitely wouldn't & couldn't afford to reside there.
A pleasant little place to hang your hat when you're visiting the city. ;-). Conspicuous consumption, anyone? High up enough so you don't get too close to the Common Folk below. Meanwhile, in Tent City under the bridge.....
This definitely is moving on up. This is like a townhouse thirty stories above the ground. Amazing views from all the terraces. I'm sure the amenities are great too.
We bought a $2000 *pine* door when we remodeled our master bath, and I thought that was extreme. This separating pocket door cost 10X as much. Lunacy...

I could never live higher than the 20th floor. I am watching this, and I am not even there, and I can feel a magnetic energy pulling me over the railings. Haha. Plus, I would be too afraid of my cat jumping over the edge. They should make the terraces into screened in porches or something.
Had absolute terrors at the end when he opened the window!
Yes, those windows 😅😊
It really felt like a normal house overall.. but on top of a building!
A dream apartment!
This place is incredible!
Hi Cash and to your friend wow this is another beautiful upscale apartment in NYC. Greatest view of all NYC. Stay well and safe 👍😀
The view is incredible 😍
I feel zero jealously here, just motivation….wow just wow
Cash .. is 5 min from the train. Me: I dont think people who can aford this place care about how close they are to the train 😅
Incredible Apartment. I am wary of heights so not something I would want if I was a Billionaire.
We bought a $2000 *pine* door when we remodeled our master bath, and I thought that was extreme. This separating pocket door cost 10X as much. Lunacy...
Awesome job cash see you tomorrow
@@twinsonicshe said Cash. She knows his name.
@@twinsonic oh I didn’t know that! Maybe she thought Jordan was his first name! She might be new here! That’s funny.
Wow this one is beautifully made. Especially that blonde maple wood everywhere. It really needs two things an elevator to the top and me. See ya
In a city that lacks affordable housing, i would feel incredibly sickened by the amount of space that won't be utilized or enjoyed by a lot of people.
Bet you're fun at parties...
What’s that got to do with this apartment?
Holy mackerel, it's like a block away from the Metropolitan Museum.
Jan, the Realtor, adds some much needed elegance and sophistication to this vlog presentation. This was getting a little hard to watch until Jan stepped in :)
This building is everything very impressed.❤
OMG I like the apartment but i do not like the balconies and the windows that open all the way. I have a fear of heights and seeing that part makes my stomach turn. I would seal all the windows and doors shut. lol
Yes, I always have the feeling to want to throw myself out.
@@gigik6334 Good for you.
The bigger and more luxious these places are, the more claustrophobic I feel. So little outdoor space, it's like you're trapped behind glass.
I was feeling the same. Does not feel like a home, just a building with lots of glass and space outside, that I can't access
My only issue living in NYC. Is its always the first city to go when the world ends or Aliens invade.
Or Skynet John Connor….
This is actually very, very well designed and beautiful. So many high priced properties weirdly are not.
I realy like all the wood
