Can you imagine making enough to rent an apartment that cost 5750USD a month? That's almost 70k per year. Just for somewhere to eat and sleep. Assuming you work 265 days a year, that's 260USD per work day. It would be cheaper to rent in upstate and fly to NYC every morning and home every night. The audacity of charging that much for rent.... Wow.
The kitchen is built for people that don’t cook much, but snack and drink a lot. The fridge doors turn away from the kitchen and into the living room. Very clumsy if you like to cook a lot.

For me it would be a hard pass but I'm sure there will be someone who will be willing to rent it bcuz it's in hipster Williamsburg
Good points about the heating and cooling. Maybe it's why it is significantly less than the other 2 units. But surprisingly the rents were not too outrageous given that it's Williamsburg and all those amenities are included in the rent.
@sinash I just wasn't wowed by any of them for the price. Amenities were nice but you can't live in that pool 24/7. & you need to remember it's only open when they have a lifeguard on duty. With the current lifeguard shortage you hear about that's also a factor to consider
