Did you notice that Cash didn't slam any of the appliance doors? You break it, you buy it, and at the inflated price of this apartment, that could be a significant sum.
Wow! What a place! The building, the view, the amenities, the apartment, the tour of the neighborhood! I loved it all. Thanks Cash! And Jamin too. Great video!
Jamin? do I have that right? I've noticed you working with him before, and his playful side comes out and matches yours, Cash. He's quite the character. Keep 'em comin'! You either know the right people to do business with, or NYC has some great Real Estate Agents. You work with some great characters!
It’s about time NYC got some pink trees……. and I really enjoy the variety of places that Cash shows us. Sure the multi million apartments are awesome. But for me, I enjoy the weirdo, unusual, unlock a gate, walk down a staircase right off a busy street, then walk along a 120 year old alley/ tunnel that opens up into a hidden sanctuary, from where you’ll find the front door to a, clean apartment, that, is, just,, right.
I’m 38 and lived at 316 east 34th st (I believe that was the address) about 20 years ago and it’s crazy to see how many skyscrapers have popped up since then. Boy I miss the smell and sounds of NYC. I remember when I’d get bored I’d just sit out front on the steps and watch things. Never a dull moment.
I just love this apartment. It's only missing one thing - me! Cash & Jamin have a great chemistry together but then Cash is such a funny friendly guy. Thanks.
Vintage Cash! I even rewound a few times to laugh harder at your sly takes. The comment about the microwave being nicer than your whole apartment was priceless. I wish I had the super power to give you a million views so you’d jump in that pool. Great energy with Jamin. Thanks!

So gorgeous and softer modern look....all the classical painted wall and ceiling trim...not too much grey...I never thought I would see the day of grey grey grey and then black black black..but colors and methods work.
Hi Cash and to your friend wow this is another stunning high rise NYC apartment. Like the aerial view from 50 th floor above NYC , stay well and safe 👍
I think the nicest feature was the outdoor area with high windows on the high floor. Some of the amenities look dated and didn't blend well. The apartment floor plan look basic, but with nice appliances. A wine fridge would have been nice. I was surprised there isn't a shoe cabinet near the front entrance. The living room furniture wasn't that cozy or inviting and seemed like something you'd find in a lobby hotel.
I was lucky enough to go up the Vessel (did you call it the Oculus😂)? whilst I was in NY in December 2019. Love Hudson yards and the surrounding area. Thanks for showing how the other half live. I can but dream! ❤

I love your videos but I get sad when all I could afford in NYC is either rent a park bench or get a 50 square foot apartment and share a bathroom with strangers. I'd need a chamber pot under my Murphy bed. 😂. Wish I could live there though.
Buildings like that in NYC are designed to withstand hurricane force winds and earthquakes. Probably one of the safest places to be is a modern building like that.

Beautiful compact apartment. I bet all the cool building amenities come at a cost: the monthly management fee (and the temptation to shop in the high end mall you walk through each day 😅 )
@@michaelmontagu3979 those are those super ballin celebrity and billionaire penthouse places. This place is more average ballin 😅. I did my calculations in another comment I made, based off a Google search, and rounded quite a bit up for this building, and was still off by about half.
@J. Kristine Emmons I suppose someone will pay it. Fool and money soon parted. Mind you, it looks like a nice place. I lived in New York for a few years, 30 years ago. I don't think Hudson Yards was anything like that then. I lived at Sutton Place and 56th Street.
I might go just to see the pink tree (also, I think someone's wee daughter might enjoy it). This is a beautiful apartment even though it's not really my taste. But I'd been wanting to see the places in Hudson yards.
Visited Hudson Yards a few weeks back. Was wondering what the apartments look like, now I know! The mall is really nice, great milk shakes at Dylan's. Sadly the Vessel will stay closed. But the surround area is great for tourists and New Yorkers to visit.
This is closer to my dream place, but I think I also need a den or some sort of alcove…. I’ve been at that subway station, but the times I was there it was empty!

Yes - he’s been careful for some time now, apparently it’s thanks to Charles. I’m so glad!!
I would certainly hope nothing in there is so cheap that it can't handle a little roughness
