I'm 76 yrs old. I had knees replaced 5 yrs ago. I never got back in shape. I love that I've discovered these standing exercises. They are easy for me to do (if I don't have to do jumping jacks lol) All you young people make sure you can do jumping jacks, skip, move around a lot as you age. It will make a big difference in your quality of life. We sit around and kind of waste away before we even realize it. I mean that literally. It happens so gradually. Keep up the challenge!!
This quick burn series is a killer every time I finish a video I am dripping in sweat!

These exercises, along with Walnut Crunchers and Robot Arms are great for people who work at computers. In under a week, I've noticed an improvement in posture as well as stronger shoulders ❤❤❤

I love the arms and back workouts! I have really weak arms and deal with a lot of back pain, so it makes me happy to know that I'm getting stronger.
I'm going to do this everyday! It's the easiest back workout to do that hurts!

By the way, before the workout I had a pain in my neck (maybe because after uncomfortable position while sleeping, or because of studying), but after the workout it go away! So happy!
Gosh, I really needed this right now! Exam season just kicked in, my back is gonna die from spending every waking moment in front of the screen. So thank you, you always know just what I need! :)
Blogilates helped me stay "fit" while I had a torn meniscus, and is also helping with physio for said knee....4 months post op and I actually have a functioning knee, which I'll be forever grateful for, Cassi~

Decided to try this out today. My back muscles definitely feel like they've been activated after remaining dormant for so damn long. I'm going to eventually go through the whole series and see how I feel in a month, but if today is any indication, at worst I will feel like I'm getting a little bit stronger.

Added this workout to my routine rotation and I have seen such a major change in my back! My days are so packed right now that I have to squeeze in workouts during my lunch period, so I really appreciate videos like this. Speaking of, I would love to see a standing ab workout because I have zero desire to be near my work's floor, even using a mat; I've found some other standing ab workouts online, but they just aren't Cassey!

So this is super late but I just discovered this video for my back and it SAVED MY LIFE. Due to the covid situation and all that I can't do my usual training (which is swimming) and after 2 months my back hurts like hell without my training. Because of you I can keep it almost painless and fit until I can restart again, THANK YOU

Try keeping your neck towards your chest do not rely on it

Relax your neck, try not to tense your neck and shoulders while you're doing the exercises, focus your mind to your back muscles. :)
Don't do as many reps until you've built some strength first. Only do as many as you can with good form, if you feel it in the neck then move on to next one. You'll see improvement in no time.

F me that burns! When the video started I was literally thinking "How is this going to work out my back" But girl! I could only do the beginning... I can squat with the weight of my sister but I can't make upside down U's with my arms :(

I can’t believe the fatigue I experienced in just six minutes!!! I have partially torn rotator cuffs in both shoulders and not only did this workout keep them safe but it gave me just as much burn in my shoulders as it did in my back! Hopefully if I keep it up the muscles around my rotator cuffs will stabilise!! Thank you for the great burn!!
Hey Cassey, if you're reading this, I think it would be fun if you did an in-bed workout for the days where getting out of bed just isn't happening, but know you should still workout

Oh I haven't done blogialtes for so long with all the PIIT and running....!! But I cannot pass on back workouts! It gets to all those muscles that are tense and suffering, gets the blood flowing there and helps loosen things up. Love back work!

How can you not tense? I end up tensing every time, I don't feel it in my back only my neck. 😭😭 I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

As soon as you said to "crush the walnut in your back" or however you said it, I did it and my back popped when I did it and it felt great, and the workout is great!
You should do a "quick burn quads" workout! Or "quick quads burn"... :D

Actually you have to do strength training too. The best thing to do if you want to lose weight is twice a week upper body and twice a week lower body strength training or three times a week full body strength training. You should do moderate intensity cardio training four to six times a week or high intensity cardio, like HIIT, three to four times a week. Hope this helps :)
