So I've been struggling with my mental illness these past couple of weeks and I really lost motivation and it has really taken a toll on me. I went to a counselor at my school and she told me "just do 15 mins of activity everyday to keep yourself busy and to release those endorphins". And so I couldn't think of anyone better than you. This workout and you put a smile on my face because it gave me encouragement, and had me laughing because it did hurt but like you said it was making me stronger. I've followed you for a while Cassy and I will continue to. Thank you so much❤
Does anyone else love how she's so supportive and positive during all of these workouts? Honestly, if I didn't have Cassey as my personal trainer (yep, she's kinda my personal trainer!!) I wouldn't feel as good about myself as I do right now! Thanks Cassey! Love you lots x

omg i haven't done any popilates for nearly 1 year because I injured my left ankle and my wrists and getting so much body fat too.... BUT! i did this workout with no rest! Omg i feel so proud of myself! thank you so much Cassey! I got to endure it because of your motivation! I just can't express how grateful I am to know you!♡
This time last year, I worked out daily, but by March I completely lost motivation. And now this time this year, I have gained my confidence and motivation back and I'm back watching Blogilates like I used to!! I started working out a while back because I had gotten really out of shape. I couldn't say I was over weight, but I was feeling self conscious about my body in a lot of ways. I tried working out many times before at the gym or in classes and just could never get into them because of how self conscious I was and how much I hated working out in general. It's now been three months since I started doing your videos and I honestly have never felt so good in my life. I do your rutines several times a week, choosing a few videos at a time to really get myself going. It helps with my stress and anxiety, knowing that at the end of the day I can work and sweat it all away in the comfort of my own home. Thank you so much for these videos!

I really enjoyed this workout, but found it almost creepy that everytime I put my arms down for a second was at the exact time you said, "don't take a break." I'm like... How does she know??? Once I'm done a little 30 day UA-cam workout video challenge, I'm adding this to a weekly routine. This video is a reminder of why I created this challenge; to find out what I like so I can stay motivated to work out. There are an endless number of work out videos on UA-cam and it becomes overwhelming. So a different video everyday for 30 days gives me a chance to explore. I have found three instructors I really like. You and Joanna Soh are my top!!! Hey Cassey, just wanted to share this amazing progress I've made. When I first started doing your blogilates workouts, about a year ago, I only did a video or two, three to four times a week, since I wasn't used to doing any kind of Pilates yet, and the prayer pulses were so hard! I could never keep my elbows together. Now, I can not only do the full calendar workouts, but I can also keep my elbows together for prayer pulses! It still hurts after all the other moves, but I am so proud to finally be able to keep my elbows together! Thank you so much!

But it could just be that you're hungrier since your body's metabolism does increase around your period. I'm *ravenous* right before my period

I love that you maintain such a bright & bubbly attitude as you coach us through these workouts. It almost feels like a ‘dessert workout’. Like, I did an ab workout before this one that felt more serious and though it definitely feels good to take workouts serious, I love the fun, light hearted workouts most. Once I’m done with the serious one, I always come back for a Blogilates workout to end my exercises, because it’s like a dessert workout 😅 It makes me happy even during the seriously intense burning. Well, well........this workout really worked my tight shoulders. I stopped a couple of times and have accepted your challenge to keep doing this workout. I really loved how this makes my arms and shoulders feel.
I love Casey so much, she got me through an exercise slump and I mean NO disrespect or hate but I'm noticing that in a lot of videos the reps are not the same for each side. I know I could just pause the video and complete the missing reps, but half the appeal of these videos is keeping your mind off the reps. And I don't want to do the video twice because I'm following the calendar and even though I want to get my fitness in... I'm tired and have three other videos to do haha

I do this and totally love it but when it comes to the kneeling triceps, I feel there's a miscalculation in the number of reps in this move cos it's definitely not the same for both sides! So I have to make sure to do the same number of reps on both sides and then continue to the next move. I was looking through the comments to see if anyone else noticed this but didn't find anything :/

Ow... Prayer pulses are the hardest. I couldn't have gotten through it without the commentary though! I liked that you kept reminding me not to take a break. I love that you maintain such a bright & bubbly attitude as you coach us through these workouts. It almost feels like a ‘dessert workout’. Like, I did an ab workout before this one that felt more serious and though it definitely feels good to take workouts serious, I love the fun, light hearted workouts most. Once I’m done with the serious one, I always come back for a Blogilates workout to end my exercises, because it’s like a dessert workout 😅 It makes me happy even during the seriously intense burning. Your words and smile keep me moving ! When I want to stop... I don’t. I feel happy doing these with you as my instructor!

I love all these no weights workout! Cassey does it so gracefully and easy but it's not easy but I am learning to challenge myself and Cassey has such a great positivity and energy!

I love Casey so much, she got me through an exercise slump and I mean NO disrespect or hate but I'm noticing that in a lot of videos the reps are not the same for each side. I know I could just pause the video and complete the missing reps, but half the appeal of these videos is keeping your mind off the reps. And I don't want to do the video twice because I'm following the calendar and even though I want to get my fitness in... I'm tired and have three other videos to do haha

I do this and totally love it but when it comes to the kneeling triceps, I feel there's a miscalculation in the number of reps in this move cos it's definitely not the same for both sides! So I have to make sure to do the same number of reps on both sides and then continue to the next move. I was looking through the comments to see if anyone else noticed this but didn't find anything :/
you could do it on one side one day and alternate the side you start with each time you do the video if you want to be sure.

Ow... Prayer pulses are the hardest. I couldn't have gotten through it without the commentary though! I liked that you kept reminding me not to take a break. I have been doing this exercise for a little while now and have seen a big difference in my arm strength. Thank you so much for making this and helping me realize my goals!
