  • The neck is one of the most common areas to feel stiffness and aches . Especially if you spend a lot of time hunched over a desk or working with your arms in front . This will pull your shoulders forward and lean your head forward .
By holding your head in this position for a long period of time the muscles will be holding a isometric contraction and possibly putting pressure on the mid cervical spine .
Over time you can develop a cervical Kyphosis . Which can promote arthritic change in the neck or compress the nerves in the neck and cause pain to run down the shoulders .
In this video I will be showing you how to do 3 simple mobilisation exercises that can help strengthen your deep neck flexors , mobilise the cervical spine and possibly create some cracks and pops that can give your some pain relief . So you will be able to crack your own neck safely .

These work a whole lot better than the other videos that just tell you to put one arm behind your back and pull the head to The other side with the other arm

The mobilization methods shown all together were a great segment of your video. Your audience can clearly view what's in store later in your content. That way they will know if it will be valuable to their circumstance. Thank you.

I dont understand how all the videos saying "how to crack your neck safely" (and not just on this channel) dont show any way of actually CRACKING your neck. They are always some sort of stretch or something (obviously each channel and video has there own type and variation) and sure for some the stretches work ok and some may even get a small crack by accident but for most of us these are not actual ways of CRACKING our necks, which again is weird to me since it literally is what the title says and im assuming why probably 90% of the people clicked on the video (im sure there are a few just looking for any type of pain relief). Does anyone actually have a way or video showing actual cracking techniques?

I do a modified version of the first one and get a large crack out of my lower neck 3 times a day

@@jtlast9600 Ok see perfect, is there a way u can explain how u "modified" it to get the cracks? I have HORRIBLE neck pain and it shoots down the upper part of my back/shoulders going all the way to my arms/fingers cuz of multiple herniations and compression fractures and was told to try to find safe cracking methods but when I go to the chiropractor they don't want to show me cuz obviously they want me to keep coming back and spending money. Hope u can help me

Due to the pain of the head seals, I have also done the operation twice, but it does not matter that one leg is completely heard and the ultimate leg is heard while walking.

I’m 23 yrs old and I have this condition called hypokyphosis/ straight back syndrome and it’s a structural problem. I’m wondering if you know about it and if there’s anything I can do to fix it without surgery? I’m lucky to not have pain at all but I look narrow from this so I want to improve on it because it affects my confidence and self esteem. On my x-rays (lateral thoracic/chest) there is less than 12 cm between the backside of the sternum and the front of the T8 vertebra. What exercises and methods can I do that will promote more thoracic kyphosis? Thanks
