I cannot tell you how grateful I am to have found you. With Covid, I haven’t gotten the attention I should have from my own physician. After an MRI several weeks ago, the only thing she told me is that she wants me to meet with a surgeon. My question to you is whether herniated discs can be healed without surgery. I have scoliosis and was recently injured. Thoracic pain has become debilitating.

Hello I experience a tight shoulder and tingling all at once looking at your video number one I sleep the wrong way looking at your video I sleep flat of my back sometimes with pillow most time with nothing I set in a chair in one position all day writing and bent over reading and on my cellphone one day all of a sudden my arm pain so bad I couldn't take me shirt off by myself shoulder was like frozen I rub in all kinds of cream until I could get relief so it better but I can't lift my left arm over my head it hurt both shoulder fell tight at the top I took a break from activity so it much better but hurt if someone touch it how can I get back getting my arms back over my head ty

Could you do a video, if not already, regarding the neck? I have watched all your videos which are super informative, and I know you have done some in posture etc, but just targeting the neck/and shoulders would be great. Managed to get a neck prolapse 7 days ago and still recovering. Worst pain I’ve ever felt, and even had to go down to the ER to get heavier painkillers. It was probably caused by two former whiplashes, bad posture (phone neck/hump, and leaning forward too much), and tight neck muscles due to stiffness…
Try to get acupuncture for pain , physical therapy definitely will helps. and swimming is best . Hope this helps.
My sciatica pain has gone after after exercise but numbness is still there in lower part of leg what should I do?
How often should you do these exercises? Daily? A few times per week?
I do it in my bathroom daily or thruoit depending how much forward work i do to help counteract it

When you do y raises you don’t lock your elbows near the end of the video, also you leave slack on the bands when you do eccentric movement, should be in constant tension…
I have done all these for about 2 years, I still have upper trap and neck pain. Its not full proof
