Beautiful sound and expression without being overly affected, so sincere and I feel you love the music. Thank you.
The best viola sound I ever heard. The best violist our time. Bravo! God bess your hands..
i must say that the piano is also monumental. Great job! I looked for a good recording for YEARS. Thanx!!
She is fabulous! Best pianist I've heard on this piece.

The instrument itself too ;-)

I wish there was a bit more rubato near the beginning. I know someone who has gone to states by making it his own Schumman piece.
Maybe you can get some in Amazon Express. (Look for "cheap rubato" or "rubato to go" or "rubato for dummies"sure you will fund some!)
I hope this doesn't sound rude, but is it a stylistic choice that you play with your bow so tilted?
It does produce a different color. In addition it is more likely that the beginning of the stroke is clear. It clearly straightens out in the middle at times and he is totally in control.
I love the way you play---but I really believe the martial sections of the second movement would do well to be played a little slower and resisting the temptation to rush. Let the content create the excitement, rather than pushing the tempo.
Overall, extraordinary playing--beautiful phrasing.
i loved this but damnnnn boy that bow was just floating all over the place. try to keep it a bit straighter, you might get more consistent sound
He’s changing contact points to get different colors and dynamic range.
You stupid???? You get DIFFERENT SOUNDS depending where you press. I do that your mom always and she loves that!
sloppy bowing. Look in a mirror Timothy, when you practice.
