I'm starting my job as an SDR on Monday, and going through your content has helped me feel competent and ready for the role. Can wait to start. I'll probably drop the comment of any challenges I come across.
Thanks to you I got my first job in saas. I come from the beauty industry so this is completely different. I followed your cold e-mail video for my presentation and they loved it. My challenge that I am facing is that when I call my inbound leads, a lot tell me I am not interested right away. How can I get them to talk to me? I say “Hi Patrick, this is Brianna from GoTo, thanks for taking my call. The reason for my call is that I received an inquiry about a business phone solution. Is this something you are still looking into?” Then they say, no not interested. I try to ask questions as to who their current provider is and the scale of 1-10 how happy they are with them.
You are genius Patrick Dang! Listening to your vids every day on my way to work. Helps me get into the right mindset and actually even excited to try all the tips you give! Best of luck to you!
I had a problem for a long time realizing to ask the right questions and understand where they’re coming from. I’d start shoving the product down their throat without knowing their challenges and pain points well that’d lead me to situations I can’t handle their objections. I have an interview in a few days and I hope the info I’m getting from you will help me out)
Thanks Patrick for this video, my main challenge is closing deals, most of my clients don't really know what they want and I discover this after much effort has gone into the sales process and consequently I don't hear from them again.
Hey Patrick, Your videos are very well organized, with 80% based on real scenarios. The 20% I found unrealistic, as with most sales trainings, is the over-optimism. For instance, when handling objections like 'we need more time' or 'I need to speak with my partner,' it's rare for prospects to commit or provide more insight at that point, especially in the initial stages of the sales cycle. For newcomers in sales, this information is crucial. Early in my career, carrying the same optimism led to disappointments. Knowing what to expect in the real world can help to be better prepared. Overall, your content is excellent and on point. Well done!
Thank you for sharing the 3 steps to handle sales objections! It definitely gives a new perspective on how to navigate afterwards..and it is really easy to understand too!
Overcome Objections with the 5A's. What are they and what do they mean. Acknowledge, Align, Ask, Answer, Agree. Acknowledge = I understand Align= Me too Ask= Can I ask you a question? 1.Other than (insert Objection). Bring out all objections. 2. Can we talk about it? 3. Why do you feel Answer= now that you see Agree= Agree to move forward
My no. challenge is lead generation. Hey Patrick, can you tell me which course of yours should I take from Udemy? I am a Social Media Manager. I don't do marketing. I want to leverage LinkedIn.
I really want to start incorporating some of these objection handling techniques that you have taught us but oh, I'm having a hard time even keeping the prospect on the phone long enough to get explain my service and even hear their objections in the first place. It seems like sometimes I get hung up on even before I'm done getting out my name or the company name and then it's just not interested hang up really fast before I even have time to respond.
Thank you Patrick for your clear explanation. Is great to refresh these concepts. I've been involved in sales for more than 15 years but still now is necessary for me to learn new techniques due to the latest social-economics global and local changes. Also the clients are always coming with objections and is something that takes part of any negotiations so I think is something to deal with it learning more about how the customer is going to object.
04:20 has a very interesting objection, Hey Patrick, theres this one way I found from Dan Lok that helps you avoid this objection altogether…it goes like this 🐥patrick: hello Mr x,is it okay if we get started 🤓x: yes, sure 🐥patrick: great, before we begin,i have a question i hope you can answer for me,is there anyone else that may be involved in the decision making process of this meeting? If the prospect says yes there is,you can find out HOW you can have mr(s) x on the call with the other decision makers so that its smooth sailing,if he says no,the objection is off the list from that moment on
Hey, thanks for the tip. I'll keep that in mind moving forward. One option that you might be open to is setting the video playback at 0.75 to make sure you get all the info. Just a thought. Thanks watching!

I custom design engagement rings and at the end of the many consultation the dreaded “I’ll take a picture and talk it over with my BF/husband and I’ll get back to you,” falls from their lips. Those clients are still MIA. 😒
@@TeeAndSharindaTV Usually videos, won't work. You have to have a conversation with them over the phone to find out why they aren't responding anymore.
What if the objection is like that you guys don't have any case study or say experience in the industry that we serve.. but yeah our product is a good fit for that company..how can we convince the client to make a purchase.
Hi, I’m very new to sales process. And like everyone I hate selling myself. Any tips on how I can develop a better mindset on that. And how can I incorporate this in my insta-stories. Thanks! Still enjoying the content.
Content is ok but you might lighten up on the hand gestures. Makes it seem like we're at the hair stylist. Really gets annoying and carried away, which makes it difficult to listen to your words. Always good for sales people to help each other out, right?
Number one sales channel
Have an SDR interview Friday and I have to role play. Going through your videos to help me feel confident

Good video wjat of they say never mind i change my mind or they say im good im hold off ?
You got to ask what changed and why they want to hold off. Once that’s clear, you can handle that objection.
@@patrickdang ok some ask for info i send them a video to watch some will take action some don't some just leave me on the unread or on the seen

How would you handle an objection where a customer says they would like time to do their own research?
Objections
Closing sales
“This sounds like a marketing call” how do you get over that and to your pitch
What if the objection is like that you guys don't have any case study or say experience in the industry that we serve.. but yeah our product is a good fit for that company..how can we convince the client to make a purchase.

Hey Tahnee, I actually have a video on exactly how to develop the right sales mindset. Check it out here: ua-cam.com/video/2MK5vMm9EMw/v-deo.html
How to handle objections like telling you already heard and explained to me about the product and still not interested.
What if they say they are flat out not interested? I didn't even get to explain anything

Patrick You are very good In sales but I req to u plzzzz try to spk Slowly. You speak So fast.. Sorry..
Yo Pat you rap?
RULE 1: never ever lie to a prospect!
Hi Patrick, i like your videos, but you need to limit gesturing, it catches the eye too much.
Well gesturing gave him $$$$$$$ so we should mirror that. If you don't gesture, you're gonna look like a robot.
stop moving your hands that much.
Taking too long to get to the point
Content is ok but you might lighten up on the hand gestures. Makes it seem like we're at the hair stylist. Really gets annoying and carried away, which makes it difficult to listen to your words. Always good for sales people to help each other out, right?
Thanks for the feedback, appreciate the honesty
see nothing wrong with the hand gestures. We arent here to point stuff out? Did you learn anything?
Listen to the video on the background ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Your intro takes over THREE minutes?! You need some help dude....
Hey Patrick, hope your doing fine.
