I have this sofa bed and i find it hard to stack the beds with the mattress at the bottom. It does not fit easily and i end up having to tuck all sides one by one when i have to stack the beds again. Is it just me? Would love to know if i'm doing something wrong. :) Nice vid! Very fun to watch, i thought it would be instructional. Its not, but i still watched till the end. haha
I plan to buy this bed becos my unit is really small. I love the idea of having a second bed for my guest but I really wanna stack it when I'm by myself. Is your matress the one it came with from IKEA which costs 2k more? Please let me know the variety you got, it will really save me from the hassle of stacking. 🙏
Hi Chester! I bought the mattress that is recommended for this bed frame. I couldn’t find foam outside of ikea that fit perfectly. But if you prefer to save money, buy a smaller foam so you are sure it will stack. :)
On hindsight, i should have gone for a pull out bed. I guess i just liked it because of the aesthetic? Pero medyo hassle po siya i-stack and unstack if ikaw lang magisa. Also, yung size na kuchon is not standard, so kelangan sa Ikea ka din mag order. I wouldn't recommend this bed if your aim is convenience. :) Hope this helps!
Hi! My boyfriend and i, we sleep on the bed stacked when we’re too lazy to unstack it. Our weight combined is about 120kg. I guess this is okay for you, but i would also ask the IKEA personnel the capacity. :)
@@JenFrancisco-wl4oy Actually, pinagawa ko lang po sa isang shoe store sa Marikina. Dinala ko yung garter strap ng Ikea and i told them to copy. Unfortunately nagclose na yung store, pero i think pwede niyo naman iask kahit anong leather store if pwede nilang gawin. :)
Hi thanks for making and uploading your video. Did you get the 17k Utaker set or the one for 19k? I wanna avoid the stacking issue. I've read here that stacking is a pain when the bottom bed has its mattress/foam on.

You installed the slats upside down. You need to flip them otherwise the bed won't be as supportive & the slats are more prone to breaking

It's the Åfjäll, its a custom size for the bed only. Yes it's comfortable. :)

Hi! Yes, the frame is still stable. :) Although i suspect we'll be switching the slats in a year or two.

Hi! The bed is still good, even the mattress is still plump. Its pretty sturdy, we can stand on it. I haven't tried jumping on it tho.

Does the bed creak after a while?
I hadn't noticed when i sat or laid on it. But when i stand on it, for sure it makes a creaking sound. :) Hope that helps!

Yes! It's okay. But i suggest changing the strap to leather, para hindi stretchy, to avoid yung pag hihiwalay ng bed. :)
