    I built some other new projects used wasted materials founded frome street for a new foldable loft bed, drawer, TV-Setup and kitchen (Channel Teaser) for saving enviroment and resycling porposes. I built all those projects just usein this matterials and the outcome turned out amazing!

    19 mm Particle Board: 13,02 sq. m ~ 140,00 €
    2022 prices in Cologne, Germany
    Tools I used for this project:
    BOSCH Professional Drill/Driver | PS31N 12V Max 3/8 In.
    BOSCH Professional Cordless Circular Saw | GKS 12V-26
    BOSCH Professional Barrel-Grip Jig Saw | JS120N 12V Max
    BOSCH Professional Brushless Palm Edge Router | 12V Max EC

    Excellent job, didn’t realize how spacious the bed area was going to be until the end, you had all kinds of space. The only things I would say that could’ve been helpful is adding LED strip lighting to the closet spaces on either sides and maybe some pull out drawers underneath the steps to alleviate the negative space. Subscribed. 👍

    Everything looks great. My only suggestion is that I would have made the area under those steps into drawers, just to maximize the use of the space even more rather than letting them be hollow and empty. Other than that, it came out great and looks like it could have always been part of the space.

    • @neferazure
      @neferazure Рік тому +2

      @MaryAnn Kom I'm not referring to the closet. There is some small space under the steps that are not part of the closet because he placed a wall there. This left small rectangular spaces under each of those steps. what I'm saying is, I would have made those small rectangular spaces into storage drawers to further maximize the use of that space.

      That seems to be the case in many of these builds, I always wonder that if you are building in a restrictive area why would you leave so much dead space, after all isn't the point to get as much use out of the limited area that you have ?.

      Design a Murphy bed that has a cabinet as the box spring area/bottom area underneath where the mattress would be so that when the bed is put up then you have 2 double doors to look at which open up to an arts n crafts storage space. Then when the Murphy bed is pulled out the cabinet acts as the support frame for the bed. You'll have to buy double attachments to screw inside the cabinet doors so that the doors stay firmly clicked shut until yanked on so you can pull the bed out often.
      Also if you're worried of the cabinet weighing too much once filled then go to your local tool store and buy a small electric wench that you can open and close the bed with.

    What a wonderful job! You are a very talented man and I loved the bloopers. I have done about half of those things and I like a person who isn't afraid to laugh at himself (after the pain goes away :). Seeing those makes a person like me know I can try to attempt a loft. And I really liked the computer station. An excellent job with that one. I'll be waiting for the next project. Thank you for sharing your time!

      My brother built one these lofts for my brother in-law when he was single living in a party room garage. It's a space saver for the bed for shire he had his recliner chair under it with a small refrigerator to keep the beer cold with a couch to watch T.V. hella people used to come there to watch sport's. It was easily put back into a garage after he moved out. It was a very cool set up.
