Ann and Nancy Wilson. I remember watching this tribute to Led Zeppelin and I had chills almost through the whole song. Her voice and that choir and the band. Soooo epic. Please take some time to go down the Beth Hart rabbit hole with or without Joe Bonamassa. Her led zeppelin cover album I have is amazing. There are only a few that can attempt a n d nail Led Zeppelin. Ann and Beth are t g e females I pick. I grew up in 60s 70s of music. Ann and Led Zeppelin were top tier. If you want to go deep on the rabbit hole and do some Led Zeppelin. Or how about Robert Plant and Allison Krauss as a current duo. Both are so great . Led zeppelin #1 for over 50 yrs .
Having Jason Bonham on drums, the kickass guitar solo, Ann’s vocals and pretty much every single second of this tribute was amazing. I absolutely loved it ❤️

So glad they asked them to do it! ✌❤😎
The drummer is the son of the late drummer from Led Zepplin. They had invited him to sit with them and he told them he had a prior engagement. He surprised them by being the drummer for this cover .... and the bowler hat was worn by his father so the hats are in remembrance of him as well!
Great review! I'm 61 & I've listened to Stairway 1000s of times... but I love this cover as much as the original. Anne Wilson's voice plus the choir takes it up to a level the word "sublime" comes to mind. Every few months I'll listen to it & it always sends chills up my spine.
This song is absolutely timeless, and this performance of it is LEGENDARY! I saw Heart live twice in the 80's - but this beats anything I saw then. Of course, the choir and additional instruments helped, but still this is a mind-blowing performance.
When the good-ness and beauty of what humans are capable of comes together... Brings me to tears, and makes me smile, every time I watch this. Thank you for the reaction.
I have two favorite moments when I watch this, both give me chills. First, when the full choir comes out and you can see Jimmy Page say, “Wow”. The second, of course, is Jason looking up and you know he’s thinking of his dad. Spectacular performance, one that I could watch and listen to over and over, and I have.
Anne and Nancy got their start in Vancouver at Mushroom Studios because the US music market would not support a female fronted rock band. Vancouver embraced them, I was living there at the time and saw them at Empire Stadium. They were a shared treasure between Seattle and Vancouver! The only singer who could pull of covering Stairway!
Absolutely! Honestly that sucks. I’m glad the industry has evolved now. SO MUCH potential. Imagine all the records we never heard because artists weren’t supported and signed. BS
That’s a bs take. There were plenty of female rockers in America back then duh, what planet do you live on? Heart relocated to Canada because some members wanted to avoid the draft. They sure left Canada soon enough didn’t they

There was a big dinner following the event, just after the meal, Robert approached her table, said hello to everyone and then Ann. He paused for a moment, kind of staring off into space, then said, I've never liked that song over the years. I've encountered a possible urban legend regarding the relationship between the bands "Heart" and "Led Zeppelin" The Wilson sisters were fans of Led Zeppelin, and they would often cover some of their songs. One night they were backstage either after the show or between sets, an employee of the place they were playing at came up and told them that there some people who would like to talk with them. Back in the day, Heart covered a fair bit of LZ at their concerts and after hearing them perform StH, when LZ disbanded Heart was the only band that Jimmy Page allowed to cover StH with vocals. Everyone else - instrumental only - as he'd only heard it butchered when people tried it. Except for Ann - a one in a million voice, and as you say, Empress of Rock. @@ArabManReacts yay!! I have always loved her because my mom and dad listened to her in the early 70's and 80's. But as i grew up and sang myself... i really understood how flippin talented she was and she even went into a period where she was just trying to challenge herself and starred in a festival showcasing her operatic skills in "Pirates of Penzance" and later in a full opera show called La Boheme" I believe it was after that, she did an album called "Canciones de los padres" (songs of my father) that was completely in Spanish, same with the perfect Spanish and mariachi style. When my babies were little… I used to play "Canciones" for them all the time. She even did an expo on Sesame Street where she sang one of her songs with all of the Muppets💕💕💕

@@ArabManReacts also a glimpse of Blue Lou, Lou Marini, saxophone for SNL and Blues Brothers fame
You should definitely react to all the performances; Foo Fighters, Kid Rock, Lenny Kravitz.
That’s an awesome idea. Will add them to the list 🙏🏻❤️
You should watch the entire evening, it was hosted by Jack Black. Hart's performance was definitely the best
You had me at Jack Black. I love him. I love tenacious D
Beth Hart is up there in talent and has a powerful voice too. She just released an entire album of Led covers. You should maybe check out one of her videos.
Noiceeeeeee will add something from the album to the list 🙏🏻❤️
The late drummer's son playing drums
Love this video...have to say though yr microphone is blocking it
Ann and Nancy
Always funny to see how many musicians had to cover for Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones - but only one drummer to cover for Bonzo!
Absolutely!
Heart was my very first concert at 13 years old. I love Anne and Nancy ❤
Have you ever reacted to Linda Ronstadt? She is one of the most amazing American Vocalists and a lot of people do not realize how talented she was, how long her career was, how many styles she sang, and how many hits she had. She is a legend. Her biggest hit is probably

I will now! Thank you for letting me know. Will add her to the list 🙏🏻❤️
@@ArabManReacts yay!! I have always loved her because my mom and dad listened to her in the early 70's and 80's. But as i grew up and sang myself... i really understood how flippin talented she was and she even went into a period where she was just trying to challenge herself and starred in a festival showcasing her operatic skills in "Pirates of Penzance" and later in a full opera show called La Boheme"
I believe it was after that, she did an album called "Canciones de los padres" (songs of my father) that was completely in Spanish, same with the perfect Spanish and mariachi style. When my babies were little… I used to play "Canciones" for them all the time. She even did an expo on Sesame Street where she sang one of her songs with all of the Muppets💕💕💕
This show honors different people every year, and the president attends usually, except Trump who refused to do so
give us some floyd 🙃 "comfortably numb" live pulse 1994.
OUFFFFFFFFF. Maybe i'll do a series about songs I know and love.
Why you don't react on old Rock bands like Black Sabbath, Rainbow, Dio, Deep Purple, etc..?
No Video
Music output too low.
Your mic is in yhe middle of the view. On android screens anyway.
Do Ur Homework lol
Noooooooo! Schwarmy is fucking awesome! Don’t give in to the ignorant!!
Hahaha Shwarmy it is!
Ой... Ну слабые совсем (((
Кто?
just found you! I have been a heart fan for more than 40 years
Adjust your mic can't watch it . Your way to loud and the music you can't hear
More crappy visuals. Can't see the band just your mic.
Why can't we see them, all I see is your microphone, why? But your reaction was incredible, glad I found your channel.
Sometimes it’s very difficult to upload because UA-cam thinks we’re stealing a song and posting it, so we have to do a little bit of trickery to get it to accept the upload. ❤️❤️
@@ArabManReacts aww thanks for answering..
heart started out as a cover band for led zeppelin.
i was checking out your videos, you seem to be stuck on just a few bands, you need to spread out and listen to a variety of music like from the 60's thru the 80's and part of the nineties, im not trying to put you down i just wanted to give you some ideas.
