Wow... I’m a nurse, which comes with a lot of added stress these days. Even on my days off, I feel the weight of the world heavy around me. Even on my days off, I can’t seem to let go of the stress I’m feeling at work. We’ve been hit hard by Covid-19. Today, I did day 1 of your 30 day yoga and meditation. I wasn’t a subscriber, just someone looking for some quick exercise. I can honestly say I haven’t felt this calm in weeks. I feel renewed, less tired somehow, and a sense of inner peace that I haven’t felt in a very long time. Tommorow, I’m looking forward to waking up a little earlier to do day 2 of this practice. “I am calm and centered”. Perfect affirmation for me! I’m a Kindergarten teacher and I am coming to the end of the school year. The end of the school year is always like a tornado. I am going to write this affirmation on a post-it and place it on my desk so that I can remind myself through out the day. No tornado today. I’ll be weathering the storm!

Day 9 is on the books! This has become an integral part of my everyday "wake up routine." I especially benefit from some of your more advanced or challenging poses and also, of course, the affirmations meditation. It was also challenging at times to keep my mind focused especially when an affirmation brought up thoughts that were potentially triggering negative emotions or other negative thoughts. But it was also nice to raise my vibration/energy and have the positive thoughts and emotions rise. This morning it was continuing to raise my vibration after doing one of your yoga classes and set a wonderful tone and intention for my day! My dog was a bit stressed walking around the house, as I started to do this, he sat next to me and exhaled deeply. Worked great for both of us :) currently doing the 30 day morning and evening yoga. It’s the idea of speaking it into existence, if you keep telling yourself “I’m broke,” you’re internalizing it and it’s something that is on your mind even subconsciously. But if you say something like “I am a money magnet” I chuckled a bit too at first but it puts yourself in a mentally to acknowledge all the little bits of money that come your way. It’s throwing the phase into the universe so you can get that chance of that raise or find $20 on the ground. If you say it there’s a chance that it will happen. It’s odd at first but it works.
I am new to Yoga, and I am in love!! ❤️ Thank you, Kassandra, for your calm, gentle leading and encouragement! I've been doing your 10 minutes sessions for a couple of weeks now each morning and my shoulders and legs feel sooooo much less tense, stiff and sore. May the blessings of joy and light be yours! Had to give up at "I am a money magnet" - just sits way too wrong with me for me even to just skip it or tune it out. Oh well, guess I learned something from it anyway - I'm nice and set in my lovely, mostly moneyless life, ha.
Maybe see money as an energy exchange. I used to have a bad relationship with money until my mentor taught me that money is part of our experience and although it has earned a bad connotation, it can do good if used properly and with a good intention. As I learned to work towards having a good relationship with everything around me and every aspect of my life, I had to include money in there. So I removed the negative attached to it, the greed, the hoarding aspect of it, etc, and replaced it with good intentions for not only myself but the world around me. So when I say "I'm a money magnet" I dont think I'm being greedy or that I'm a bad person for saying it but I see myself doing good with it. I also had to let go of the limited belief I cant get money, and replace it with "I have abundance in every aspect of my life" that way I can make myself available n open to the abundance of not only health, n love for example but money as well. Hope this helped, just sharing my experience.

Yours are my favorite yoga videos to do when I am looking to practice on my own at home. I had foot reconstruction surgery 4 months ago so I am just starting to ease back into some easy and simple yoga poses. I hope that you are able to include this meditation after some of the days of the challenge and see how it makes you feel and react from day to day (or week over week) in the next month. Notice the different affirmations and what they stir up. Maybe even journal about it or share your responses in the comments on those days.

My dog was a bit stressed walking around the house, as I started to do this, he sat next to me and exhaled deeply. Worked great for both of us :) currently doing the 30 day morning and evening yoga. Current times are harsh, this is helping me a lot with my anxiety. Thanks! My sister recommended this channel and I'm grateful for that.

It’s the idea of speaking it into existence, if you keep telling yourself “I’m broke,” you’re internalizing it and it’s something that is on your mind even subconsciously. But if you say something like “I am a money magnet” I chuckled a bit too at first but it puts yourself in a mentally to acknowledge all the little bits of money that come your way. It’s throwing the phase into the universe so you can get that chance of that raise or find $20 on the ground. If you say it there’s a chance that it will happen. It’s odd at first but it works.

Had to give up at "I am a money magnet" - just sits way too wrong with me for me even to just skip it or tune it out. Oh well, guess I learned something from it anyway - I'm nice and set in my lovely, mostly moneyless life, ha.
Perhaps replace the word 'money' with something else you want to attract ;)

And then reality sets in ... I also chuckled a bit at “ Money Magnet “ one . Good intention though.
Maybe see money as an energy exchange. I used to have a bad relationship with money until my mentor taught me that money is part of our experience and although it has earned a bad connotation, it can do good if used properly and with a good intention. As I learned to work towards having a good relationship with everything around me and every aspect of my life, I had to include money in there. So I removed the negative attached to it, the greed, the hoarding aspect of it, etc, and replaced it with good intentions for not only myself but the world around me. So when I say "I'm a money magnet" I dont think I'm being greedy or that I'm a bad person for saying it but I see myself doing good with it. I also had to let go of the limited belief I cant get money, and replace it with "I have abundance in every aspect of my life" that way I can make myself available n open to the abundance of not only health, n love for example but money as well. Hope this helped, just sharing my experience.

It’s just funny in a way .. the way I see it money doesn’t stick with me. However my relationship with money is not a good one, so I will take your advise and work on that. Yours are my favorite yoga videos to do when I am looking to practice on my own at home. I had foot reconstruction surgery 4 months ago so I am just starting to ease back into some easy and simple yoga poses. I signed up for the 30 day challenge #goodmorning and I am making adaptations as needed. I love the positive affirmations for each day as well. My recovery has been a challenge mentally as well as physically. ;)
