I google'd for a good BP monitor and was wading through the results. I came across this video and bought the one in the video. Waiting for it to ship. Thank you so much!
How do you know that I need these tips right now, Abe’s are you my mind reader 😮 taking up a higher position at work!! Wish me luck please 🙏 wishing you awesome vibes and a great week ahead ❤❤
Love your Videos Sir! Always simple, reasonable, easy to understand, and to the point. I have high blood pressure and my NP put me on Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 MG and Lisinopril 10 MG daily, and after 3+ weeks I was experiencing a lot of side effects like extreme fatigue, anxiety, panic attacks, Insomnia, and just plain not feeling well at all. My NP just told me I have to get used to the meds and try eating more rice…. So after I looked up these meds online and saw I wasn’t the only one experiencing these side effects from these blood pressure medications, I decided to stop them on my own, go cold turkey. And I’m just focusing on losing weight and eating right to lower my blood pressure naturally now.
Glad I could help and sending awesome vibes! Definitely should inform your provider you've stopped them however so that they are aware and can follow up.
Glad I could help! I'm not sure which talking blood pressure monitor is on the Validated Device List (VDL in the US) but when you find a device you like make sure to check its on the VDL if you're in the US or Hypertension Canada, Stride BP and the British and Irish Society of Hypertension if you're elsewhere in the world - hope this helps and sending awesome vibes!
