● Paprika (flakes) - 2 tsp
● Salt - 1.5 tsp
● Pepper - 1/2 tsp

● Ketchup - 50 g
● Yogurt - 50 g
Fry 10 minutes on each side
✅ Chicken legs in the dough
● Chicken drumsticks - 6 pcs.
● Smoked paprika - 1 tsp
● Khmeli Suneli - 1 tsp
● Pepper - 1/2 tsp
● Garlic - 2 cloves
● Soy Sauce - 70 ml
● No Yeast Puff Pastry Dough - 1 sheet
● Egg yolk - 1 pc.
Fry 5 to 7 minutes on each side
Bake 30 min 200°C / 390°F

● Sweet pepper - 200 g (1 pc.)
● Garlic - 3 cloves
● Kefir 2.5% - 200 ml (1 cup)
● Salt - 1 tsp
● Pepper - 1/4 tsp
● Hot pepper - 1/4 tsp
● Nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
● Thin pita bread - 1 pc. (2 layers)
● Chicken drumsticks - 6 pcs.
Roast 60 min 200°C / 390°F
✅ Beer Chicken Legs
● Chicken legs - 7 pcs.
● Ginger Root - 30 g
● Soy Sauce - 40 ml
● Smoked paprika - 1 tsp
● Pepper - 1/2 tsp
● Garlic - 3 cloves
● Onion - 100 g (1 pc.)
● Beer - 250 ml
Fry for 10 minutes
Cook for 30 min
✅ Whole Chicken Roll
● Whole chicken - 1.5 kg
● Salt - 2 tsp
● Pepper - 1/2 tsp
● Smoked paprika - 2 tsp
● Spices for chicken - 2 tsp.
● Garlic - 3 cloves
● Gelatin - 25 g
Bake for 60 min 180°C / 350°F
✅ Parchment Chicken
● Chicken fillet - 1 pc.
● Basil - 1/2 tsp
● Thyme - 1/2 tsp
● Paprika flakes - 1/2 tsp
● Pepper - 1/2 tsp
● Butter
● Salt - 3 pinches
Roast for 4-5 min on each side
