That Frito-Lay ad at the beginning, should be renamed, “What’s about to go out of date in our fridge” dip.
The one with the onions on the bottom reminds me of a cod casserole recipe that I have. Believe it or not the combination with cheese actually works. The breadcrumb one's flavour would be yummy, like having gremolata.
Not going to lie. I'm working, and I'm just putting this song on as background noise, because I love it.

Boston bluefish is what I've known it as. Wikipedia lists: "Atlantic pollock, European pollock, lieu jaune, and lythe; while P. virens is also known as Boston blue (distinct from bluefish), silver bill, or saithe."
It's a North Atlantic species, very popular in the British Isles.

I was curious about it myself. Sour cream can be dehydrated and ground into a powder. You can also buy it. I guess you can affect the thickness by how much water you reconstitute it with. Keeps it from getting too runny?
If I only had pollock fillets I’d put them in my dogs bowl. I’m pretty sure he wouldn’t eat them either.
I didnt like all the recipes. Maybe the one with the bread and the other with the hollandaiz sause but i didnt like that potato was fried. I would like to see a much more vegetables in general like aubergines small tomatoes zucchinis carrots beans and maybe legumes.
Those recipes were a load of POLLOCKS - plus one with Talapia
Some of these recipes look like they hate fish and are trying to hide the taste of fish, so they cover it with way too much stuff

I've meet a guy well in his 40's that has never had fish!! Because his mother hated fish 🙄 but... he married my best friend and he [thinks] he tried fish for the first time on his 44'th birthday... the secret was to introduce him to fish slowly by hiding in his meals... what he didn't know, was.. his been eating fish for over 5 years when he got married..never knowing.. now he loves not just fish but sea food in general.
