Way too often I see these car channel guys not taking care of their health and safety when working on vehicles old and new. Airborne viruses are no joke and can kill. Anytime there is dust or particles floating in the air, PPE gear should be worn. Brake dust lodged in the lungs, chemicals can be absorbed into your bloodstream through the skin can cause cancer etc. Always remember, safety first.

With that said I suppose the duster turned out to be dependable cuz they get rid of it at 316,000 mi. Your duster is surprisingly rust free considering how badly mopars rust. If you could get injection kit for it that would go great with turbo. Also, keep exh manifold as short as possible before turbine inlet, as well as ducting from compressor to engine inlet. That way you'll minimise lag and boost the power more efficiently.

I remember a stunt car group called The Hell Drivers I saw when I was a kid and they used a fleet of Mopars like this. Car looks great; didn’t think the paint was going to shine up like that. My suggestions would be to fix the rusted out spots and retouch them. Also, for the turbo make sure the bottom end can take it; I believe the compression ratio needs to be lower as well so that would have to be looked into to make sure the thing survives.
