Thanks for the 411 on the fuel leak into the oil. Very helpful vid. This is exactly my grandsons problem with his 03 6.0 PS.

That's a really good video. I replaced my injectors last Christmas, and within 2000 miles I started getting excessive smoke and rod knock. A short time later I changed my oil and there was nearly a gallon of extra oil in my oil, and it was very thin. I couldn't think of why I would have put it in an extra gallon of oil. Then after watching this video and others realize that I have something leaking down into my oil. Don't remember blowing those holes out when I put my nincoma I wonder if this is my problem. I'm not getting any "saying that there are failed injectors, so this may be the trick. Thank you very much.

Thank you. I can not believe that I never thought about cleaning the hold down bolt holes. So Many Injectors replaced.

Thanks for the info, I’m getting contamination after changing my number 6 injector. I hope this is my issue. I’ll install new ford o-rings and go from there

      That's why I posted it!
This problem costed me a lot of stress and money, not to mention a break down with a loaded trailer. I hope it helps more. Good luck

Great video brother right to problem and solution, i also have lots of fuel in oil, my injectors are about a year old. Should i get new injectors or just new seals? ✌🏽

If you do a cylinder contribution test and everyone is pulling their own weight, then I would just spend the measly $50 and a day's work replacing the injector seals, If you're not having any issues at all with the injectors there's no need to replace them, in my opinion,

I’m dealing with this issue now on my 07. I know this is an old post but would recommend re sealing injectors before just replacing them?

@@ericsmith9535 if you have an air gun/ blowgun for your air compressor and a rubber tit for end of it You can disconnect the fuel line on the cylinder head and pressurize your injectors, the ones that are leaking fuel into the oil will hiss air out and those are the injectors you need to replace because there's something wrong internally. Anytime you take an injector out you should replace all the seals including the compression crush washer And make sure you get all the old ones out, they don't always stick to the bottom of the injector. Double stacking them will cause massive problems with fuel delivery.

@@ericsmith9535 some say that an air fitting threads right into the head where the fuel rail banjo bolt goes, I haven't done that personally I prefer to have control over the amount of air I'm delivering so I don't blow out seals because it's a low pressure fuel system.

This fixed your Diesel in your oil? Having the same exact issue not one thing different

After I blew the holes out I installed new Warren Diesel injectors. I have not had this problem since, but I did replace the fuel injectors at the same time so time will tell. These injectors went into my winter truck and I haven't driven it much since so we will see, this is a common issue with head bolts and other things where torquing down bolts is very important.

How are them Warren injectors doing? Mines doing the same. Have uv dye tested them and nothing. Tried blowing holes out and torqued to 31. Still the same. Thinking of just replacing all the injectors and have thought about the wardens but they seem way to cheap

@@matthewkrisel7070 My warrant diesel injectors are still kicking ass and taking names, I haven't had a single issue with them. But currently my beautiful truck is destroyed because some lady pulled out in front of me and I t-boned her brand new CRV and annihilated it, meanwhile my bumper was dented up I broke my headlight grill and fender and not long before that happened My tire blew out and destroyed the bedside of my truck so I had a stroke of bad luck with my vehicle. It's currently parked at my old man's house and I go and start it every week and let it run and it fires right up even in this cold weather we're having up north in Indiana. I highly recommend Warren Diesel for any injector parts or aftermarket parts. They're great people and have awesome customer service and their parts are high quality.
