She helped @meredith_tabbone (on instagram) and I view multiple properties in Oct. 2021. This 2 euro home was lot #4 in Sambuca of Sicily's recent 1 euro home auction. Right next to it we found a habitable property with a low price tag. The two homes together could make a nice sized home for anyone searching to do a 1 euro home Italian real estate project.

If you liked the houses, what would you do to merge the two properties together? How would you use the 1 euro home portion? For your information.. A portion of the 1 euro home is the foundation for the property next door.

Audio disappeared for the end of the video, but very interesting... How feasible do you feel it would be to be able to manage a 1/2 euro home rebuild from the states?
If you find a responsive geometra or architect it should be pretty easy. Trusting them from such a long distance is your biggest hurdle
How much would be to restore a property like this!
In Sicily you could budget between 600-800 euro per square meter for the remodel
2 honest questions:
1. why do you advertise all the properties? Are you a broker? Do you want them all full of anglophones? Do you assume most who watch will never follow through and so the channel is mainly for entertaining and providing you an alternate stream of income?
2. Should I feel discouraged that I'm just now finding out about this market from a 2 year old CNN article, and is it the case that most of the pre- 1920's classic Italian houses in beautiful spots are taken? Please help me to have a realistic view! I'm seeing more and more expats owning these and I feel if there are so many on UA-cam, there must be scads of others who already jumped on this in the past 3 4.2 honest questions:
